Excellent: Service by the whole team, Steak, creamed spinach, Truffle fries, shrimp cocktail and crab cakes. Mediocre: Caesar salad (the anchovies were low quality, plus at this price point would be nice to see the sauce made table side), burrata was good but not the salad it came with, Chicken Christofer needs to be better. Au gratin potatoes are very thick cut, would be a lot better if they were thinly sliced. One of the grilled shrimps had an off taste, manager took it off, but the experience of tasting it remains.

It was a double birthday dinner for our family. The food was wonderful and the service was perfect. We needed to be out in about 1:30 hours and our waiter was right on point for all the key timing decisions and delivery. We even got two desserts included which was a very nice touch. Would recommend dinner to anyone.

Great place to get steak and they have a large wine list to add to the meals. The strictly ala carte menu is off putting, but manageable . The desserts were nothing special. Other than the location, I could not tell much difference from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Having said that It's location close to Heinz Hall makes it my choice for a pre-performance meal and I would go back again.

Was probably the worst experience at a Morton Steakhouse I’ve ever had. The steak was no better than going to outback while paying 4 times more. The sides were poor. Will go to Hyde Park before returning. Very disappointed.

We were celebrating spring break with our daughters. My daughter’s steak was a hair over medium, and although the waitress offered a new steak and management, we declined However, the mashed potatoes and asparagus were served not warm, and my sea bass was also not warm and a hair over. When I asked to have those dishes warmed, we were not offered a manager, but we did receive warmer food and cleaned our plates. Our meals were delivered to the wrong people at the table, and I observed that confusion for other patrons throughout the dining experience. Our waitress was gone for too long of gaps. For four meals and $300, I’d like my family’s food to be warm. We all know this is an excellent, high end place to dine, and I’ll go back again. But, last night was not our night, and it wasn’t their best, either.

Noise level was high Lateness in our drink orders. If I didn’t ask where my drink was, I would’ve never received it. Parking cost $12.00 was more than the average cost in valet parking for my vehicle. Also told if l want to tip them with more than the $12.00 charged. Are you kidding ??? Also, the food value was not impressive. The steak wasn’t worth the cost we received. I’m his was a occasion for my Birthday dinner

It was a valentine date with my spouse, we chose Morton’s because I love their steaks. Not disappointed at all, the usual great service, fantastic filet mignon medium rare except it was slightly warm and not sizzling hot, we were at a table in a secluded corner which felt cozy and romantic. Our wait staff was excellent, my wife loved the cheesecake and her chicken cristopher. A wonderful romantic evening well spent at a great place.

We've been there many times, however this time the service was not the best. We waited for a server to introduce herself. We waited for each course, but the main course took the longest. Table that arrived after us had received their main courses before us. The main course took 45 minutes to arrive. Disappointing to say the least.

Another perfect meal. Such a great vibe. Being there is half the fun, but the food was fantastic. The steamed sea bass is to die for, the truffle fries are so irresistible you are left wanting more. It is the kind of place that serves you the way you want to be served with food fit for a king. We just keep come back cuz it is just so much fun!

Overall nice dinner - disappointed with a few things, not up to usual Morton’s level. They ran out of the delicious bread. While we understand many shortages, we were not offered the baguette like was being offered to other tables. We were a table of 6 with teenagers - they love bread! I ordered a fairly common cocktail and had to give the ingredients to the server. Then it was still not correct - why wouldn’t the bartender look it up?!?! It was not the drink I wanted and felt it should have been made right or removed from the bill.

Dinner was good. Due to a concert at Heinz Hall the restaurant was very crowded and very noisy, which is no reflection on the restaurant. We just wanted a quick preshow meal and it was fine.

Food and service was amazing. A little overpriced on cocktails that aren’t anything special. Cajun steak was one of the best we’ve ever had. Lobster Bisque was done right. Crab cake was ok (nothing special). We will def be back for steak in the future.
