    I was seated in a weird spot. Nevertheless, The food tasted great. My girlfriend entry was a very small for the price, but tasted fabulous! Overall, I had a wonderful time.

    My salad was fresh and delicious. Sea bass was done well Burger was good but the fries was even better. Esme was a wonderful server Attentive and efficient

    Wonderful service and food! We had the best shrimp cocktail in Pittsburgh! Perfect spot for a celebration, date or dinner before the theatre! 10 out of 10!

    We waited an hour between salad plates being pulled and the steak and sides being delivered to the table. The steak and sides were not hot - just warm - The luxury of fine dining is expensive - and without flawless delivery of the experience, it’s just an overpriced meal. The only reason we would come back would be the waitress that helped us. She was amazing. Not a great night at Morton’s

    Great food and service! Appreciated the enthusiasm of our server! We had the pork chop and salmon to break up our regular steak choices and both were excellent! We will be back again.

    We had reservation at 630. Took an hour and a half to get our food. When it came we were missing sauce and sides and had to wait longer to correct. Service very slow were not regularly checked on or offered drink refills except water stewards who were very diligent. For this price level steak house you have to do better. Miranda who I assume was the manager did note our food was taking too long cane over dismissively said thanks for your patience and left. We will not be back. At this price point, much better food and service options available.

    We had a reservation for 6:15, and they were able to seat us a little earlier, and being sat earlier turned out to be the was the best part of our meal. The restaurant was very busy for a Saturday evening. We sat in a back dining room, and we felt like we were forgotten about. Even the restaurant music wasn't turned on in this room. The server was nice but took forever to get to us. She took our entire order at one time. Took a long time to bring our ice tea and soda to us. The bread service and our appetizer of bacon-wrapped scallops were wonderful. It just took about 30 minutes to receive. Our entrees were awful, and unfortunately we had to eat what we received because we were going to a show and received them at 7:20. My filet mignon was ordered medium rare and came out dry and medium well. There was no seasoning and dried out. My husband's lobster ravioli was dry and flavorless. Our dinners looked like they sat under a heat lamp for a half hour. The manager did take my steak off the check and apologized. We had to rush out to get to our show. I would not recommend this steakhouse as we won't return here, unfortunately. We picked the restaurant because of the close proximity to Heinz Hall.
