   Once again a great experience. Food was great. Service terrific and overall nice time. They even had a special place card for my wife since it was her birthday. Well done.

   Very shabby service. Below average food. Nothing exceptional or worthwhile. Probably one of the worst steak houses in NY. Went for Mother’s Day and had such a terrible time. Not service animal friendly. According to compliance laws the service dog must be on the floor but the floor was covered in food that could potentially be dangerous to the service dog. Some Staff was either incompetent at times or rude or both.

   Food came out cold, dirty plates and silverware, took 3 hrs. We were the last ones in the restaurant. Food came out hot cooked properly. Everyone else was served and were there well after us. We were celebrating birthdays and Mother’s Day and it was disappointing to say the least . We had one other great experience so we came back and it was a bust. Awful experience.

   The restaurant was very loud so we couldn't hear everyone. Also the lobster tails did not come away from the shell easy, like they were over cooked. My mom didn't like the Sea Bass but I couldn't hear her across the table, so she never told me. Everything else was fantastic, steak always good and service amazing by staff. Everyone super friendly. We're not the type to complain at a restaurant unless it's a big issue. So we didn't say anything.

   As always, Mortons steps up and we had a beautiful Birthday and Mothers Day dinner. Staff was 2nd to none, as was the food and drinks. Great job, and I'll be back real soon!

   We went for Mother’s Day and experienced an unfortunate situation where our waiter dropped a drink over my niece’s head. He was very apologetic and it was a mistake but it did impact our experience. The manager came over and was also apologetic and he changed our server but unfortunately the service wasn’t as attentive as we’ve experienced in past visits to the restaurant. With that said, the food wasn’t up to the standards that we’ve usually experienced. My mom requested that her steak be well done and it came back burnt. I asked for the lamb chops and also asked for them to be well done. Some of my lamb chops were also burnt. The Szechuan green beans were so over cooked they were almost mush. It was very surprising because as I mentioned the food is usually good but not this time. I will say that we received a substantial discount off the check but as a mom I would have preferred to have had a good experience on the holiday.
