   The new restaurant is beautiful. But…. The waiter mixed up the order; we had five people total; 3 ordered the same soup, and two soups came in 10mins, but the third soup didn’t come until we almost left… then, a waiter bought a fish dish we didn’t order. The poke bowl didn’t taste good; the fish and chips looked like they were from a fast food chain…. The baby beet salad is probably the worst in the city compared to other five-star hotel restaurants. The radish is so dry, which means it’s not even fresh; the beet was just the little end section, not soft enough, and the feta cheese is not edible and doesn’t taste good quality. The shrimp pasta dish can barely see a shrimp. The brussels sprouts are tasty, probably the best of all dishes, but too oily. It’s hard to believe after renovating with a new chef, the service and the food are so terrible…. Not sure what took so long for the soup, it just doesn’t make any sense…

   I haven’t been in the Four Seasons since before the pandemic, so was surprised/startled at the redesign of the lobby, bar and restaurant. Liked the new brightness and openness of the bar and restaurant space, but I miss the old fireplace for drinks or tea, and the elegance of the former lobby. I’m not into dark gray upholstery and metal accents on the walls. But in the new (to me) cheerful Acorn restaurant, you can’t beat the Four Seasons for perfect service, friendly and helpful servers, quick food delivery, but no hovering. Generous spacing between tables. The bar is really nice, 4-sided. And the magnificent flower displays are the mark of a Four Seasons. The shrimp and grits dish was delicious, interesting sauce on top; and my guest loved her omelet in which she got to choose all the ingredients. Top it with good quality coffee. A lovely meal, no rush to get done, a little on the high side but you don’t go to a Four Seasons for diner pricing. Well worth it! We’re going again soon.

    Great ambience, great dishes. Service is too notch but on the slow side. The drinks servers are always around but ordering food took forever. Overall great experience and I would definitely be coming back.

    Had a dinner during restaurant week, choose prefix menu. Tiny portions with nice presentations but lacked in a flavor and taste. For this quality and amount of food it was not worth the money. Ambiance was nice, I would probably go there for cocktail but pass the food next time

    I had scheduled a dinner on December 26th after Christmas and ended up having a spider and ant in my food. I mentioned it to the server and they did immediately gave us a new plate. The manager did advise us that she will reach out and bring us back for a dinner on them but has not reached out. The ambiance was nice, but having the ant and spider in my food definitely ruined our night.

    The most amazing buffet spread variety however hot meats and fish were not even warm and although the choices were abundant and many of the salads, sushi, sides were delicious, the atmosphere was not made special enough to warrant 245/person. We were seated in the side room off the main dining area which was barely decorated at all and it felt like we were in a commercial cafeteria which was very disappointing. Would not recommend for a special Christmas /holiday meal.

    Loved everything about this experience. It was a holiday gift to myself. Super expensive for me. No alcohol and a bill for over $300 for one person, including tax and gratuity.

    Went for Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. The experience and food were lackluster. The food was just ok. Portions small. Mains ok. Sides meh. Dessert bland. The food from the regular menu others were ordering looked much more appealing. I wouldn’t do a pre-paid experience there again.

    Disappointment in a bar menu only offering on a Sunday afternoon. Very popular time for folks to want to have a nice meal. We had hoped that brunch with extend beyond 1:45 pm. Technically, it is offered until 2 PM, but the kitchen likes to close the brunch menu at 1:45 in order to transition to the bar menu. Somewhat disappointing.

    Beautiful space for a meal. It was extra noisy because a lot of people were at the bar celebrating the holidays. So I’m sure it’s usually not that loud. The candle appetizer is interesting. The fried chicken was not good. Very grizzly and hard to eat. I feel entrees should be served all together. Two entrees were brought out and then the other two people had to wait. Just a simple thing that makes a big difference. Service was very good.

    Food was tasty. Service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice birthday celebration for friends, with cake and a card signed by those working. We had a long brunch and were never rushed to leave. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially with the holiday decorations. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back and try the afternoon tea

    Adorn at Four seasons was great. People hanging out chilling at the bar and lounge w DJ making the experience a lot better. We sat down and started the night out with drinks. Old fashioned was good, a drink that’s hard to fail at. Pop star cocktail was exact flavor of Asian juice without anything more added on. Food was just so^^ bad. Nothing was unique or special about the dishes that we ordered. Lamb Shoulder Confit & Socarrat and iberico pork secreto. For lamb dish, there wouldn’t have made any difference if it was pork or beef or chicken etc. something was off on that dish. Pork was just taste exactly like what you have at Korean bbq. For the end of the night, we ordered espresso martini and I didn’t expect the drink to be just literally, “espresso’ + ‘vodka.’ I was like what is this??? It seems like either the coffee bean is old or it was using light coffee beans. Cocktails def can be way better as well as the food too. Dessert was great. It was very beautifully made- chocolate & caramel, but for better balance, a bit more vanilla ice cream on side would make it taste and experience a lot better. - (less salt on chocolate tulio tho)

    I had much higher expectations than the experience we had. The space is pretty and it’s a great place for people watching but the food was only ok and the cocktail (which I ordered as the dealers choice or whatever it was called on the menu) was overpriced and I saw about 6 of the same drink go out. Our waiter was personable but honestly ignored us most of the time. We had to leave no later than 7:15 and he had us there up to the minute (and we had to ask the hostess for our check). I understand that there is a labor shortage but the inattention wasn’t due to there not being enough servers. All in all I would not go back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’m very disappointed in the food, service and drinks but the ambiance was ok.
