We eat at a lot of great restaurants. This was a truly memorable meal. The food was amazing. The lobster corn dogs were fine, but I would not get them again. The rest of the menu is both inventive and appetizing. The vibe is great, but not loud! Our waiter, Jeff, was a true professional. Hits all my buttons, great food and great service in a great atmosphere.

Our favorite Telluride restaurant. From start to finish - outstanding. John, the wine sommelier, is so easy to talk with about wines. Great wines at reasonable prices with his recommendations as super yummy.

Sad that they send a “sommelier “ to the table trying to change your mind on a bottle with no knowledge of he was taking about and then left without coming back…. I ended up buying no bottles…. I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years, maybe I need to go somewhere else

Wonderful experience. We ate at bar high top. Had great service, calamari and tuna roll for apps & sea bass / roasted chicken for main course. All dishes were wonderful. Service was great as well. Energetic waiter knowing when to check on us every time. We plan to return.

Our server Emma was fabulous! Cosmo is such a fabulous restaurant but it’s so easy to feel rushed in a place like that where demand is intense… but Emma was so lovely and just attentive enough but not pushy…first class service from her! Highly recommend! One of our favorite fine dining spots in Tride!!!

High quality food well prepared. Selections offered a good variety. Lamb was properly cooked. Fish was also delicious. Salads were also interesting. Service was attentive. Cocktails are very good. An excellent experience and one I would highly recommend.

Food and drinks weee quite good. Service was lacking. Server brought an extra kids drink by mistake, acknowledged it and just left it. The then subsequently charged us for it. Rest of the service was bland.

colorado lamb for the requested price should be close to perfection. fat doesn’t count. lobster corn dogs not as good as they used to be. otherwise fantastic. the deconstructed chopped salad was awesome.

Exceptional service. Last minute, we added 2 to our reservation and they were kind enough to allow us to squeeze in those extra 2. Food was phenomenal and the variety on the menu makes it easy with a group.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The filet was beautifully cooked and the blueberry pie desert with the sour ice cream was heaven and we would come back just for that! Emma was very attentive and warm and the atmosphere was lively but cozy at the same time. Thank you.

I’ve been dining here annually for about 8 years. This was the first year the whole experience was off. Spicy tuna roll was good. Petite filet with prawns was excellent. I made reservation for main dining room we were on time tried to seat us in lobby ended up in bar. Now here’s the disappointing part when you spend almost $300 on dinner you have expectations of good food and service. The salmon was bland and the service was too. Bread was still as good as ever.

Date night at Cosmopolitan was an all around excellent experience! We were graciously seated early and were well attended by the wait staff for the duration of our dinner. We knew we had to try the lobster corn dogs, and they did not disappoint. We each had a cocktail, and our water glasses never got down below half full. For the main course, we had the sea bass entree and the duck and scallops entree, and then finished with the absolutely divine hazelnut bread pudding, which was specifically recommended by our waiter. The portion sizes were PERFECT, with exactly the right amount of food to leave room to share dessert without getting overstuffed. This was the best dinner we had on our vacation this week, and I plan to definitely come back next time we are in Telluride!
