As far as "high end" steakhouses go, I would say the food was average quality. I felt like the steak and seafood was bit overpriced for what we got. But it has a very cozy, comfortable atmoshpere and very friendly servers.

Scott and his team showed a table of teenagers how fine dining is done. The food was fabulous and the service was exceptional. We were underdressed and headed to a concert, but never felt belittled by staff for our attire.

Always good food and great service. This time was no different. I stuck with my faves - Del's salad, small filet, au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach. Lemon cake for dessert was delicious.

Disappointed in the quality. The bread was cold and hard. The dry aged steak was flavorless and way to expensive. Clearly they are choosing profits over quality. It’s too bad. It used to be the best steak in town

We celebrated our 25th anniversary and it reminded me of the old Dels way from years ago. Awesome. Didn't like how they top off your osters on the half though. Took away the taste of them. But Chris w. Our server was on point along with the team. Chris was fun and attentive. Hard to get great service post COVID but we struck good with Chris. BRAVO !

Stepping into Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse in Denver is akin to turning the pages of a cherished novel, one whose narrative you remember with fondness. The exterior holds true to the Del Frisco's we've come to know and adore. Inside, a few modifications have been made to the layout over the years, but the essence of that classical, upscale steakhouse ambiance remains untouched. Indeed, it feels like a warm return home. The exemplary service at Del Frisco's remains an unwavering constant. During our visit, we were attended to by a truly exceptional server, whose expertise in suggesting the perfect wine pairing elevated our dining experience. Later, we were pleased to discover that our server is also the in-house sommelier, a testament to the caliber of staff Del Frisco's employs. As for the meal, it was delectable, albeit it seemed to lack that unique touch that sets it distinctly apart from other establishments within its price range. However, Del Frisco's has always been more than just about the food. Its spirit, that unmistakable warmth, is what entices us to return. During this visit, an unexpected billing discrepancy arose, quite atypical of Del Frisco's usual impeccable standards. Taking the opportunity to discuss this with the General Manager was fortuitous. Not only did he amicably resolve the situation, but he also regaled us with tales of Del Frisco's evolution over the past 22 years. Through his words, it was clear: while facets of Del Frisco's may have evolved, its heart remains as steadfast as ever. In sum, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse continues to serve as a sanctuary of tradition, coupled with the dynamism of the contemporary dining scene. An enduring emblem of quality and warmth in Denver's culinary landscape.

The service was fabulous, start to finish, we felt very special. We started with an assortment of appetizers to share. He smoked salmon French toast was so good that one of the guests decided they needed entire one for their entrée. Must say you have to finish with the lemon cake!

The hostess was relatable and friendly. Our server was awesome. She gave great menu suggestions and spent the perfect amount of time chatting and taking amazing care of us. We got the sampler for two and were able to try a variety of foods. The steak was cooked perfectly. The fish and lobster we dry and the salmon portion was teeny tiny. The crab cake, as recommended by our server, was incredible. Over all a wonderful experience, and would return.

Tables on top of each other, servers could barely get around the table to serve. Too many items marked MP (market price) making it awkward, having to ask for every items price, the nightly specials, that were presented as inclusive, were in fact, priced out as add on items, on the final invoice. We felt it was a ripoff, there are too many other great options than Del Frisco’s, it’s sad to see this.

Pains me to write this lunch time review, and this is not a case of sour grapes because they have long since closed the (my) beloved cigar lounge.....I am long over it, but wow was it not a good experience. The moment you walk in it smells of moldy carpets.....reminds me of restaurants in the south, but especially S. Florida due to the humidity....the waft of a good cigar would easily remedy this.....just sayin'. The hostess....try as she did, not very friendly or effective. When finally seated our waiter was great, frankly he deserves a better score than I gave as he wasn't given much to work with. The bread is good, the lobster bisque was not. My prime steak salad was not prime beef and if it was....they need a new supplier. My Assocaites enjoyed their burger, but I couldn't get that smell out of my noise nor off my mind. Way too much competition for these once high-flying folks to fall so far. I will not be back for lunch or dinner..... Folks....please clean, reclean, and properly dry your carpets.....have some of the trimmed steak fat cooking off as people arrive if you won't allow cigars......but you better do something to help first impressions.

Our group spent $1000 on dinner and we were told by the manager that they don’t do separate checks, would only separate in 4 and we had to do the math. Food took an hour, steaks underdone. Not even so much as the offer of a free dessert. Never coming back.

Asked the server to make a Plantation Martini. Didn't know what it was bartender didn't either. I told him what the ingrediants were. Came back with something that wasn't even close and in a water glass ??!! not even a martini glass. Server asked how it was and told him it's not the way I would make it at home. it was consumed so on the bill it went and I paid for it. Asked for a recommendation for an Oakey Chardonay He brought out two to taste .One was chosen when he left the bottle it read on the back unoaked. Oh well my bad I chose it. Took 15 to 20 minutes to get my 2nd before dinner drink.

My husband is in a wheelchair and we managed to settle in to the table but it could have been more remote and less of an issue for us and the surrounding tables. We love Del Frisco's and the food as always was insurpassable!

Not what it used to be. First greeted with “Hi Guys”. Hate that. Salad plates were not removed before entrees were brought so we had to lift our plates while dinners were placed Food was good. Some very good. But not exceptional which is what we expected.

Del Friscos does a great job and clearly an exceptional restaurant. We came here for our anniversary and food was excellent. Top notch service as expected. Only suggestion I have for improvement is, if your going to have a dress code, please enforce it. It’s pointless if you are going to allow people in that are well under dressed.
