All of my five guests said that Mr. Chow was an extraordinary experience.! And it was. The Peking duck dinner never fails to impress. The NYC-vibe, top-notch service, and overall hospitality, in addition to the delicious food, makes Mr. Chow TriBeCa a classic.

Such an outstanding experience at Mr. Chow in TriBeca. Customer service was next level, food was great (expensive, of course) and the ambiance is truly a vibe! My family was very happy with the service we received and will be back again!

Food was great as always. We went on a Friday night and that was a mistake. The place was packed, you could barely walk between the tables and it was extremely noisy. We were a group of four and we practically had to shout at each other to be heard. I will definitely be back to Mr. Chow's but I'll avoid the Tribeca location on Friday or Saturday nights.

The service was amazing but the food was an extreme horror movie. The duck was burnt and extremely dry, no meat nothing. The « sautéed rice » was just basmati rice with veggies nothing sautéed about it, the chicken was alright but not to the standard of such a hyped restaurant. Overall it’s way too expensive for the quality of food that it was, we didn’t even finish our plates cause it just wasn’t edible.

I know mr chow london. I love it. this mr chow is the opposite of the warmth and the style of that. Also the service and the food are not at the level. Never come back

I’m not normally one to post complaints of any kind .. but my experience at this restaurant ( which I have been to many times before ) last night, was appalling. Aside from the warm welcome at the front desk everything else was incredibly sub standard, almost to the point that it seemed like a prank. I was told I had ordered our starter to come with the main course which I hadn’t … we had chairs taken away from the table and put on another table without asking .. the food was Luke warm at best and was very poor quality. The service was condescending and unfriendly. I can only speak for the downtown location, of course, but my advice would be stay away !! Or if you are desperate to go to Mr chow then head uptown !!

The service was the least enjoyable part of the experience. The staff seemed rushed even though it was a slow night. We were asked to see a desert menu before our entree was served. The wait staff seemed way off their game, the food was tasty but for the price you pay to eat at Mr Chow my expectations were far from being met. Our bill for four people with tip was about $700.00. I’m glad I went but will not be returning.

Wasn't as good as the Mr. Chow in Las Vegas but it was good! The prawns with walnuts, the chicken, and potstickers were to die for. Crispy beef and duck not so great.. def get the lychee martini 🍸

Went here to celebrate my husband and I 6 year wedding anniversary. Upon checking in, the hostess acknowledged we were celebrating our anniversary and sat us down quickly for our 8 o’clock reservation. I didn’t like how the table beside us was so close and tight like we were all having dinner together. There’s a set menu where you pick 2 apps, 2 sides and 2 entrees. We got the chicken satay , and the Walnut prawns. I wasn’t a fan of the prawns because the sauce was sweet but my husband cleaned the plate. For the entree, I ordered the fiery beef and he ordered the filet mignon. The filet was a different taste than I would normally Peter with my steak but it was a sorely delicious! The fiery beef was flavorful and so crispy. We ordered the mixed veggies and shrimp fried rice as sides and that was good as well. The cocktails were top tier. Leaving out, we even had some celebrity spotting! We never were asked for a dessert menu so I am not sure if they have one. We were too full anyway. Will def come again

Worst Asian food I have ever had in my life. Everything soaked in oil, scallion pancakes felt like tasteless raw bread dough in my mouth, mignon tasted like it was marinated in liquid smoke nothing had much flavor. My local Chinese takeout is ten times better

Mr. Chow-TriBeCa always impresses! Its consistent excellence in food, service and ambiance makes it an easy choice when I want to give out-of-town guests a really great NYC experience. I especially appreciate the healthy (and delicious) options on the menu, for example squab in lettuce wraps, vegetarian dumplings, and steamed fish. Overall, this restaurant is a class act.

Hard to say it's good value BUT always a great experience. Staff haven't changed in 15 years that we've been coming here and are always exceptional. Food is consistent and of extremely high quality, cocktails are good and sitting at an outside table on a late summer's evening is an entirely pleasant experience.
