   The Piergoies were AMAZING!!!!! My daughters had the burgers and they were juicy and cooked to perfection. Staff was very courteous. Highly recommend if you have to stay at the hotel.

   We came here for our college graduation celebration dinner. When booking, I didn't realize it was a hotel restaurant. The food was very good and nicely presented, and service was good, although the restaurant was empty of other guests and it had very little atmosphere.

   We chose the Bigelow Grille based on reviews that it was a good restaurant. It was terrible! Complete rip off. We thought we would get a Sunday brunch with all the amenities and choices one expects from a high end hotel restaurant. But no - it was nothing but a small back area buffet with powdered scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, some fruit and yogurt and toast. No view and minimal service. We paid $44 for 2 for what hotel guests got for free with their room. I am furious that we wasted our money. Worse yet was that the hotel we stayed at had a much nicer free breakfast but we thought we would have a Mother’s Day brunch with even more choices. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible ! Do not go!

   We went for my Birthday breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet. Pretty basic but good. There was a lot of options to choose from ; eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, waffles, diced potatoes and you could get a omelette made. Service was amazing! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back

    Our server, Tiffany, is the best! Couldn't be more efficient or pleasant! Food is good, we always get the smashburgers and the the french fries are the best! Service is quick and gets us to the hockey game on time! Thanks!

    Stayed at the hotel and went here on Saturday morning for breakfast - which the menu sounded reasonably priced. However on the weekends they only have a buffet - $22!!! The hotel is in the financial district so there isn't too many places for a quick inexpensive egg sandwich.

    Burgers are good, but never the same?? French fries are the best! The turkey club is served on a bun and is just ok. Nice cold water you can serve yourself from a bottle on the table. Wait staff good, attentive. Easy to get in and out before the hockey game.

    Great choice for pre Penguins game meal. Burgers are excellent and so was the service. Place was packed (reservations a must before a game) but despite the crowd our waitress was very attentive.

    The service was exceptional. The food was reasonably priced and was very good. Had the salad with salmon and it was fresh and salmon cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.

    Food is always fresh and delicious. The salmon on the lunch menu is fantastic. The French fries are perfect too. Staff is friendly and it’s a nice place for lunch downtown.

    Limited menu. Food was adequate. The spinach pesto pasta was strangely presented and just warm. Servers seemed to be overwhelmed with the crowd (went during the NCAA tournament).

    3/11 when we got back from the game, there was an elderly man trying to get service. The restaurant was closed and the waitress was VERY rude to him, yelling that "I'm not helping you" over and over again. He tried explaining that he was there before another couple and they were allowed to order food. Finally another waitresses came over and helped him.

    The staff was nice. It was just a little misleading that this was in the Lobby of a hotel as well as a buffet only option, which we were not told about when we arrived and were only told when we were seated. $22.00 for a waffle we made ourselves and some eggs and bacon from trays was not what we were expecting.

    Waitress that was not waiting on anyone leaning on a table next to us complaining. Menu is very reduced and embarrassing. Hamburger looked like a burnt up McDonald's Hamburger. No flavor to salmon and placed on top of a cold salad mix that looked like it came out of a plastic container. There were plenty of staff standing around. Been here in the past and will probably never go back.

    We selected this restaurant because it was available and very close to the location of our concert after dinner. Apparently many other people had the same idea but our service and quality of food did not disappoint. The staff was efficient and timely. Although the menu was not extensive, our selections were satisfying and delicious. Our bill was reasonable for the value we received. We will return.

    For a restaurant in the location it’s in, we thought it to have a very poor food selection. They literally only have something called a Smash Burger…. Very unappetizing…. I had a small salad and left. Not impressed at all….

    The menu was extremely limited. We reviewed online before making the reservation and the menu had many options but when we arrived it was basically burgers and a chicken sandwich. They said the online menus were not accurate and we had no choice but to stay since we had a show we were going to. The burgers were okay at best, not much better than fast food. Very disappointing.

    It was a very busy evening when we arrived and had to wait 10 minutes to be helped to be seated and another 1-15 to be waited upon. That was due to short staffing with only 2 wait people and a bus person. Besides that everything was very fine.
