I booked a reservation 2 days in advance for Saturday as an early Mother’s Day celebration, to avoid crowds on Sunday. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time, checked in to the hostess, who then informed me that she would seat us, after she sat everyone else who didn’t have reservations before us. I then sat there for 20 minutes before being talked to or offered a table. There was 7 tables open, cleaned and ready for guests. Other guests waiting along with us, stated they didn’t have reservations and were shocked at how long we were waiting to be seated, hence why I booked a reservation in advance. They also stated the hostess was not welcoming or nice to them either. I then went up and asked the hostess how long it would be, she said she’s trying to get us sat as soon as possible, but stated it in a rude way. My mother then stepped forward and said we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes when parties who had not booked reservations were being sat before us, again, there was still plenty of tables available. There was no issue of short staffing because on multiple occasions, staff were on their phones and gossiping. The hostess then brought a manager to talk to my mother and the hostess pointed to her and said “that lady” in a very rude tone. The manager was extremely nice, apologized and got us sat immediately. The hostess refused to talk to us the rest of the time at the restaurant and didn’t even say a word when she brought us to our table. We’ve had many wonderful experiences at Tibbys, but we’re not sure how often we will return, if ever after the rudeness of the hostess. I get customer service can be difficult, but I would hope she does not continue her rude demeanor to other customers, or mothers on Mother’s Day weekend.

Michelle is great. In fact, all the staff at Tibby's are great. Pork chop PoBoy made me feel like i was on Bourbon St. Grits were fantastic. Shrimp & grits were great. Beignets were great. We will definitely go back.

Food was excellent. Good breakfast and lunch choices for brunch. Noise level was too high. Too small a venue for live music Could not fully enjoy our experience because we could not hear each other.

Went for brunch with a friend of mine, got the beignets as a starter which were phenomenal! Server was very sweet and kind, we didn’t feel rushed at any point. Would definitely visit again!

My bartender was very nice and helpful! The inside of the restaurant is so nice and picture worthy. My food came on a timely manner and was nice and hot I would definitely come back. I even made a tik tok (Lexusaaliyahh) about my experience !
