Positive -Service was outstanding -Food was absolutely what you would expect Negatives -Terrace heaters have to be continually reset- unable to switch them on for the duration of your meal, rather you have to stand up and reset them every 3 minutes- which continually interrupts your experience -No napkins, we had to request these -Internal music competing with external music- management should make a speedy decision as to impact on dining experience -espresso coffees served in cold Americano cups, so cooled instantly, and lacked any crème. No brown sugar for Espresso. None of these negatives in isolation are significant, but cumulatively they were a pain and an impact on the evening.

As always food is incredible service very good and atmosphere electric but a little too noisy with music overpowering when you are trying to speak. Trying to hear the waiter is even a struggle ….turn the music down people want to talk while eating not listen to music.

Absolutely outstanding from walking through the door, it was very busy but we were made to feel relaxed throughout, nothing was too much trouble, the food was amazing and explained so well, the premium tasting experience is highly recommended

Fantastic food, we had the set menu at £48, the quality of each course was great, hot, very tasty and certainly good value, the service was quick and the staff were very polite, well done we will be back

We visited with family yesterday prior to attending the Oasis concert. Overall we enjoyed our meal,we did feel a little rushed to our table. We were asked to wait at the bar because our table wasn't ready and we were still ordering our cocktail when we were rushed to our table and one of our party had not chosen their drink. Food came to the table at different times and it was not the best quality we have had previously at Ivy Asia. Hopefully this was due to the busy nature of the day due to the event.

I don't usually bother to write reviews, but I'm afraid I was disappointed. We were really looking forward to our first visit to The Ivy Asia, having heard good things. Table was booked for 4.30pm, on booking we'd opted for the set lunch menu option (available till 5pm), and we arrived promptly. We were taken to the bar before being taken to our table, where we waited for over 30 minutes before our table was ready. We were asked when we sat down whether we'd like some water for the table, so we said yes. We waited another 15 or so minutes before a second waitress returned to take our food order and we asked if we could still choose from the lunch menu (it now being 5.15pm). We were instead handed the evening set menu, which had different food choices and was unfortunately not as appealing (and was more expensive). We made choices from this menu however, given it was better value than the full menu. The water we had requested had not arrived, and we were asked by the second waitress whether we'd like some, so we again said yes.... It again didn't arrive. We had our starter quite quickly, but then had a wait for our mains. When our starters were collected, my husband asked for an alcoholic drink, and we waited for the drink and our mains to arrive. Our mains arrived and there was still no sign of the water or the alcoholic drink, so when the second waitress returned to check on us we again asked for the water, but she just focused on getting the alcoholic drink. When we finished our food, we asked for our bill and made a point of saying we had to catch a train shortly (which wouldn't have been a problem had our table been ready at the time we'd booked). The waitress acknowledged that we needed to leave but then did not return for another 5 minutes. When we paid, we could see that we had been charged for the water we'd never even received (£5!), but as we were in a rush we just paid and left. Overall, very disappointed with our visit.

We loved our experience our severs was lovely and the food was beautiful and just what we expected . Our only thing was we got asked about allergies about 8 times , I know it's an important question but 8 times was a lot .
