I made a reservation for 4. When we arrived I we were seated right away and asked if we would like a table inside or outside. We sat outside but I would prefer a booth. I was told there are no e available, although there were 4 open and ready in the area we were seated. The service was poor, it took a long time to get drinks ordered, food ordered, and drinks refilled. I have been to this location before and enjoyed the food. This time it was not good. There was another table that had the same experience and when their dinner finally arrived, they had it boxed and left. Overall, for the prices that are charged, the service and food should be better.

Kona Grill seemed to be very short staffed. We had a group of 8 people and the food was served randomly. Some of us got our food and had eaten before the rest of our group got their food. Two people in the group ordered cocktails and they took a very long time to come. The food was not very good. I would not go back again. There are too many good places to go within the area.

Sriracha spilled on clothes with no acknowledgement, food cold, took over 10 minutes for service once seated, paid for someone else's bill then had to have it fixed, waygu was questionable

Over priced poor tasting and quality food. $140 for less than decent food. Won’t be returning. This place has gone downhill.

Great service. We had a group of 10 with split checks all spread out across the table and ordered more items at random times. Our waitress kept up with everything, every order correct and never made us feel like we were being difficult. Food was great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great experience at Kona Grill! The service was excellent, and the 3-course meal for just $39 was such a steal by everything tasted amazing and came with wine or bubbles. Definitely recommend for a fun night out!

We ordered our meal plus appetizers. We did not receive the appetizers for 40 minutes. The meal was served almost an hour after our order. The server never came by the table to explain the delay or to ask how we were. The restaurant was not particularly busy so not sure why the food was so late in being served. We could understand if they had been really busy but there were several open tables. After dinner was served, the server never came to ask if everything was okay. The steak was missing the bearnaise sauce but nobody asked. They also seated a loud large party behind us which was annoying especially when we knew there was another same size table farther away. I have eaten at Kona Grill previously and it was great. Not sure what the break down was this time. Server needs training in customer service.

I love the food here, especially happy hour. It’s easy to get in and parking is good. The atmosphere is almost date-like, but with a small family vibe.
