   We really like the decor and ambiance at this new restaurant at The Hyatt in Vilano Beach. For us it's also extremely convenient and close to North Beach, where we live. This was our second time, and it was very good.

   Amy, our server, was attentive, informative and a pleasure. We tried the "shark bite oysters" which had a wonderful fresh salty brine reminisce to some of the Damariscotta Maine oysters we've enjoyed. Also tried the Georgia Wagyu steak which was exceptional and more tender and flavorful than the filet mignon. The Canard vineyard cab from Paso Robles was also a great find. Wonderful experience overall.

   Great food and service. The picture of the restaurant are deceiving. It's showing it downtown but it's actually in the hotel now. We keep thinking the address was wrong. The pictures show a nice location. Usually stay away from hotel restaurant. But this one was great

   Our server, Annalise (sp), was amazing and delightful. The 3 star rating reflects the blatant disregard that the lead sommelier had for myself and my husband. We requested that he come to the table and instead he provided service to every other table, never once checking on our wine selection that the waitress provided. Very disappointed!

   We went for Mothers Day brunch. Food was good, except for the duck and potato hash, which had no duck at all, just a huge portion of potatoes. Very disappointed by this dish, especially since my mom loves duck. The server pointed out if was a duck and potatoes hash, but not finding any duck at all in it was simply insulting, just some crumbs (literally was sure that was decoration). Service was painful: every course (it was a 3 course meal) was served 1 hr after the previous, so we waited forever, including 1 hrs for for apps, even though we were there at 11 (when they opened). Food was served and we had no utensils even though there was a 1 hr gap after previous course (enough time to put new utensils down, you would think). People asked where the restroom was and servers didn’t know where it was, even though feet away. I was out of water several times. After main course, we were asked if we want dessert and when we said yes, we were given a dessert menu. I had to point out to the server that the Mothers Day brunch menu that we were given when we sat down indicated desert (3rd course) was an assortment. He had no clue. Very disappointed with service. I work in hospitality and am very aware it is hard to find staff, but I have never had such a terrible service in a steakhouse, and never in such a pricey place. Buratta appetizer was great though! And so was my steak Diane!

   Great food, atmosphere and service! Also, adding to the ambiance was the live music. The gentleman on the piano was awesome.

   This was our first time here and we had a wonderful time! The food was outstanding and our server, Chris, was knowledgeable and attentive. The Beef Wellington literally melted in my mouth and the wine and cocktail selection is excellent. If you’ve never been you’re missing out! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

    This was our first time here for our anniversary. Jason was our waiter, he did an excellent job of taking care of us. The atmosphere and food was fantastic, we weren’t rushed at all. The wine selection was huge and they also have a full cocktail list. We had steak and they were prepared to our request, the sides were enough for 2. We had the banana’s foster for dessert and highly recommend. This is a great place for a special occasion, highly recommend
