Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Food was as good as expected! Our server was quite lacking...... had to ask at least twice sometimes 3x for our ordered items. He didn’t really seem to know the menu, what type of liquor the bar carries etc.
More TRAINING would correct these problems, in a restaurant of this caliber it was very DISAPPOINTING ☹️

We were a party of nine on Wednesday 14th. The property is always fun, I have been coming here for 15 years or so. The food is good, not great (which it used to be), prices are typically inflated Vegas but the service was really wanting. Whilst there seemed to be a number of waitpersons peopling the restaurant, getting one to perform tasks was difficult. The sommelier was curiously inadequate in that he could not properly pronounce the wines.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly, informative wait staff. Creative presentation of entrees. Special choices available. Tables for two were quite close together. Reservation for 6:30. The restaurant seemed to be completely full after that. Ordered a chicken dish which turned out to be two thighs and legs. Good, but would have preferred a breast and all white meat.

Went there for brunch. Mediocre food, bad service. Don’t think it worth the money. You can easily find better restaurants in the same price range in Vegas.

I had high expectations for this place, considering it’s amount of reviews and being a Thomas Keller restaurant. However, our experience was mediocre. We had a reservation and was seated promptly- that was a plus. Our server had no personality and not once smiled. He took our order and when repeated it, got it wrong. We clarified our order again and off he left. Then came our food... two of the dishes came out not how we ordered it. We asked for added cheese in the scrambled eggs and the dish came out w/out cheese. We also asked for eggs over easy on another dish and it came out over hard. We had ordered 2 escargo dishes (which was delicious though!) but my husband just loved the butter that it was drenched in and wanted to save it for his entree. Every server that walked by kept trying to take it away and we told every single one we were not finished. Instead of smiles, we got eye rolls and weird looks. We also felt the truffle fries lacked truffle flavor. They never brought out our juices and pastries until we asked them for it after our meal was brought out. It was my birthday and I received a dessert, but nothing about the dining experience made it feel special. All in all, the food and service did not meet our expectations. We will definitely not be recommending this place to others.

Perfect atmosphere for a group of friends to enjoy a great dinner together. Food was outstanding. Five bottles of wine were ordered and available but several times we had to ask for refills, otherwise we were beyond happy with the experience. We will always return to Bouchon for a meal when in Vegas!

For the first time, Las Vegas Bouchon food was a big disappointment; onion soup was bad and trout was terrible!! Mr. Keller, I know you will fix the problem quickly!
I love your Yountville spot and always compare other with this outstanding eatery!!

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food and service were both excellent. Gary was fantastic. In fact, our experience was so exceptional that we’re bringing a friend to dine with us again tonight.

Food, service, ambiance & everything is fantastic!!!!
Love it here, it’s one of my favorite restaurants.
They have the best onion soup and pommes frittes.
Actually, everything I tried is awesome. The roasted chicken is so delicious, juicy & flavorful. They have specials all the time and they are wonderful just like the scallops tonight.. Staff is outstanding, all very attentive, courteous.
Will definitely keep coming back here.

We had our wedding dinner here thirteen years ago and it’s still the same superb oasis of excellence in the desert of the Strip. After sharing the charcuterie and cheese plates which were perfectly delicious and the onion soup, we only had room for the huge complementary Anniversary lemon tart for desert. The Sommelier recommended a very nice Cotes du Rhone and Morgan’s welcoming and attentive service was outstanding.

Fantastic meal again! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary dinner. Our server, Gary, was very helpful in assisting our friends, who had never eaten here before, make their choices. His recommendations were spot on even to explain different wine decanters. The food was excellent, the service great and the ambiance was perfect.

Went there after going to Mon Ami Gabi the day before. We found food a notch better, more typical French at Gabi. Bouchon is quieter and service is better.

this is an excellent go-to restaurant if you want to dine with friends & family or plan a business dinner. Though I would've like to see more vegetarian friendly choices, it's a nice dining choice for all.

Even though we specified when making the reservation through Open Table that we were celebrating 4 birthdays, AND when the hostess asked if it was a special occasion to which we replied YES! 4 birthdays! She said she would let the waiter know. Unfortunately that is as far as the information went. Why ask when making a reservation and then when seating people if it is a special occasion AND THEN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE INFORMATION? The food is exceptional but we were very disappointed that there was no acknowledgement of the birthdays. We have learned from this that you just can’t rely on people for this kind of thing-you have to do it yourself.

Always a must when in Las Vegas! Our entire experience, as always, was wonderful. Our server, Gary C was outstanding. We have had the pleasure of sitting at his table before. Always professional, seasoned and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and specials. And the food is just perfection. Always one of our favorite nights of the year. Was not impressed at all. Very ordinary food, nor a good service. No one even asked if we woukd like a desert or coffee. No one even asked if we enjoy our food. I would suggest to cross it out of your list if you thinking to go there.Nothing special

I had stopped going to Bouchon about three years ago after the manager Andy St John left.
I decided to try it again so I could dine on the patio and enjoy the perfect weather, and Bouchon did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic and i can not wait to go back again!

We requested the patio. Very quiet and serene. Loved it! Food was exceptional and the service was great. We will definitely be back! I felt like it was a hidden gem inside such a busy hotel. Well done.

Overall it was great. The food was excellent (except an off tasting French onion soup). Service seemed a bit overwhelmed, likely understaffed. Our main server was thorough and thoughtful. The space is beautiful. I would go back.

A great French Bistro style restaurant. It is the only Thomas Keller restaurant in Las Vegas. Reasonably priced for the quality of cooking provided.

Food was amazing! Chicken and waffles was an explosion of flavors! It was out of this world! Cheese danish was creamy and so delicious! Service was impeccable! Will definitely be back!

Keller should visit more often, as he usually runs a tight ship. Our server was very good, just attentive enough. Wine list had something for everyone and we appreciated this since there are some very good wines at reasonable prices.
Bread and butter delicious, escargot very good. Salade Frisée with goat cheese could have been more generous with the cheese, especially for that price, but the lettuce was dressed very well.
Chicken was just ok and the vegetables did not taste fresh ( frozen?). Neither of us finished the chicken, there was a lot and it was just ok. Disappointed in that. Gnocchi were pretty good, but not up to standard and the steak the same.
The Napa location is way better.
At $90 pp for an app, entree and 1 glass of wine, a bit much for what it was.
Disappointed.
