Across the board it was great. Great service, food and wine selection is very good. It is loud so I would not go for a quiet romantic night out. We went for a business dinner and it was a very good experience.

Salumeria Rosi offers some great small plates and dinners and can make for a wonderful meal when in NYC. There are numerous food choices on the menu, and our servers were very friendly and helpful.

As always excellent food and service. Yesterday there was a new menu! So amazing and a product of the wonderful Milan chef. Our favorite upper west side restaurant! The eggplant sauce over pasta was delicious!!

We ate in the tented area which was quiet. The restaurant itself was of course noisier. We ate the ensalada Caprese and found the mozzarella fabulous, the tomatoes less so. Of course they are out of season. Our Lasagna was marvelous. The next day I realized I had used the wrong credit card. I called and explained and they were SO accommodating. They canceled the original charge and recharged on my preferred card. The next day I got a call from them assuring me that they had made the change of cards and that the charge I might see on my original card will drop away in a couple of days. I would call that going more than the extra mile to make a customer happy.

Salumeria Rosi was a wonderful experience! The restaurant is elegant and intimate, and the service was excellent. i commented to the maitre’d that it was our first visit and we loved it, and it was obvious they run the restaurant beautifully. The food was delicious and hot! And the wine list is excellent.

We enjoyed our meals very much. Service was great. Tables were positioned a bit too close together, in my opinion, in this post-covid era. But our table for 2 was ready upon our arrival. Waiter was attentive. Prices for NYC were fantastic. Loved that we were able to find such a reasonably-priced place to dine so close to Beacon Theater. Booked way in advance. Would definitely dine here again.

Absolutely extraordinary food. Chefs charcuterie for two was delicious. Had me saying I could eat that for every meal. We ordered three “small” pastas to share between two people. To be clear that was too much food and one small pasta is a perfectly reasonable dinner portion. We wanted to sample which is why we got three. The pesto, the carbonara, and the sausage and broccolini orecchiette. All were amazing. The chocolate mousse for dessert was fluffy and rich. The cheesecake was meh, don’t bother. Service was fantastic.

This was the best meal we had while visiting NYC. Had the special and husband had the steak, both were delicious. Wine recommendation was excellent as well. We were surprised to end up with an outside table on a cool evening but it ended up being very pleasant.

The food was delicious, especially the house special rigatoni with the incredible meat sauce…. The service was a little disorganized, as we had to wait a very long time for one of our main courses when everyone else had been served. Overall, a very delicious meal and would certainly recommend for a visit!!
