   Disappointing today. Not the standard of service I have been used to at this place. Ordered the Huevos Rancheros without chorizo, which I can’t eat. Asked how I wanted eggs - said ss up (never sure what to say). When it came it had chorizo- fine, mistakes happen. Then a waiter brought a plate with two eggs, which was confusing as it already had eggs. When I told them it had chorizo in, they took plate and almost immediately brought back a plate with rancheros but no eggs. I assume they wanted me to somehow add in the eggs on the plate. No explanation was ever given of the rogue egg plate. I asked them to take it all and bring it back as it should be, and they just replated it all, which was hardly appetizing. They were clearly trying to ‘make do’ with what they had incorrectly prepared. I was confused, and the waitstaff were too. So I gave up. I know mistakes happen, but nobody once apologized. There was no attempt to put things right, I was just expected to ‘work with’ what had been done. The waitstaff staff were pleasant but clearly had no sway on the kitchen. No apology, no concession on the check, not even a ‘hey sorry we messed up.’ This is a sad, as this has typically been one of the venues with the best customer care, but that has clearly changed. Just an apology would have helped. I hope this was a one-off and not a decline in the service, as this place has long been a favorite of mine.

   We chose this restaurant for a special Mother's Day celebration, but unfortunately, the experience left us quite disappointed. To start with the positives—our server, Susan, was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. We ordered drinks for the table, which took about 15–20 minutes to arrive. Given the busy holiday, this was understandable. Appetizers came out promptly and were handled well. However, after being seated for about 45 minutes, our entrée orders still hadn’t been taken. While some delay is expected on a busy night, it became a challenge with two young children at the table. Eventually, we ordered a variety of dishes: two halibut, one wagyu burger, meatloaf, a ribeye, and the beef tip sauté. Sadly, the entrées were a major letdown. Most arrived lukewarm or cold, and the quality was far below expectations—especially considering the occasion. The burger was overcooked and dense, and even the fries were cold. The meatloaf had an odd taste, was cold in the center, and seemed anything but fresh. The halibut was dry, lacked seasoning, and was overcooked. The ribeye was nearly flavorless and so tough it was difficult to eat—I ate about a 1/3 of it before I gave up. Oddly, our server never asked us how our meals were, a clear signs she already knew as there was food left on every plate. We dine out regularly—about 4–5 times a month—and I can honestly say this ranks among the worst meals we've had. I’m generally not one to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience, especially given how excited we were to celebrate a special day.

   Mothers Day Brunch was a great experience!! Our server was awesome, wish I could remember her name. The variety at the buffet perfect. There was definitely something for everyone. My only complaint was that some of the food was not hot, but other then that everything I tried was delicious. Based the the variety of foods on the buffet I believe it was worth the money. Will go again next year.

   Super expensive Mother’s Day buffet. Most food was cold. Prime was chewy. Super disappointed. Won’t go back.

   We went for the Mother’s Day brunch buffet and it was great. Food was great, service was great, we’ll definitely be going back next year if they do it again.

   Great staff and great food. It’s been years since I have been here for brunch other than happy hour. Such a nice experience for Mother’s Day for my mother in law

    Good took awhile. Cioppino was not hot enough temperature wise. Wagyu steak special meat was good but the plating needed more mashed potatoes and accompanying vegetable needed to be part of verbal description to our table. Things (service and food) has been hit or miss during last 3 visits.
