   Marked 5’s down the board in spite of my experience because I absolutely love the food and atmosphere at The Ranch. I made a reservation for 3, and ended up needing additional seats as more business partners showed up than expected. I was told that my request for 2 additional seats could not be accommodated, even when we were shown to a completely empty section and offered a 4 top that clearly had room for 5. This is now my second time with a similar happy hour experience. I left, hat in hand yet again yesterday. I hope that in the future The Ranch can find a way to better balance future reservations/space with small parties that arrive for a quick and delicious happy hour bite at the most authentic Texas restaurant around.

   Food was very good! We loved the Chicken fried steak, ribs and meatloaf! Portions were big and we all had leftovers to take home! The Pecan pie was delicious and they give you a huge slice with ice cream. Would have loved it even more if the slice was warmed so the ice cream was starting to melt! Definitely will put this restaurant in our rotation!

   It was Mother's Day and my day usually gets lost with everyone celebrating moms. The Ranch made sure to show me that my birthday was important too. Brunch was wonderful and now I want to go back to enjoy the regular menu.

   Went for Mother’s Day Buffett which we booked a month ago. Menu wasn’t available online. Arrived thinking we would see steak at the steak house. To my disbelief there was not steak, there was prime rib that was decent but the turkey and ham we not $65 a person worthy. Unfortunately, probably not going back because I feel bamboozled out of my money which was $165 and not one god dam steak.
