   Our meal at the Sunset Grill was our favorite meal during our stay on Aruba. The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our server David offered recommendations and anticipated our every need. The food was creative and delicious.

   The miso-glazed sea bass, crab cakes and crème brûlée trio were all delicious. The friendly service and lovely outdoor atmosphere made for a very pleasant evening.

   We celebrated our 40 th anniversary there for dinner during our trip and it was excellent. The food, service, and the atmosphere were amazing. We sat outside, was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. A little pricey but well worth it. Our server David gave us complementary desert with a happy anniversary topper. Would definitely recommend The Sunset Grille

   Everything was wonderful with the added bonus of having entertainment at the adjoining bar. Wait staff were great. Food was delicious and the restaurant is beautiful.

    when you arrive, you are asked which hotel you are staying at to find out whether you should be considered or not. we had booked but strangely there were no more tables available. we were put in a corner when the original purpose was to see the sunset. and when we asked to change tables, we were put on a wobbly table. during the meal, I asked if there was curry in the sauce because I am allergic to it and the waiter said no. he came back 10 minutes later telling me that after seeing with the cook, it turns out that the sauce is made with curry

    The food was excellent my wife had the surf and turf and I had the Aruban favorite seafood risotto , the service was second to none, and it’s in Aruba, glorious sunset palm trees and the ocean, what more could you ask for.

    The food was excellent and I highly recommend the sea bass. The only downside is there is an outdoor bar nearby. The music and DJ from the bar did not match well with the restaurant. It was an annoying distraction to an otherwise nice evening.

    The Sunset Grille has continued to be the best 5 star restaurant on the island for at least the last 25 years. We were married here 20 years ago and it has delivered the best food each time we have visited, which has been often. If you come to Aruba, you have to experience the Sunset Grille.

    Celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary we spent 9 days in Aruba and every evening we enjoyed a great dinner out. We both agree that the Sunset Grill was the best out of all 9 days!

    Food great, beautiful view of sunset,service extremely slow, and extremely pricey but delicious.Waiter had no personality and did not once come to the table to ask how everything was until the end. Took 10 minutes jut to get our bill.

    The waiter could have been more attentive. However, he did make it right by removing a soup from the bill after I had to wait for it because they brought a salad instead of soup. He was new, so I always make allowance for new help.

    We enjoyed our dinner restaurant is lovely, well appointed, service (Orlando and Chris) was excellent and food was delicious! My biggest complaint is the “chatter” and standing around by staff waiting for food to be prepared and delivered. It was very loud and distracting to diners and we were many tables away.

    David was our server and he was excellent. The food all came out very quickly and exactly as requested. We both had the steaks and the Ahi appetizer. The lobster Mac and Gouda croquettes were great as well. Definitely recommend putting this on your list while in town

    Wonderful restaurant. As mentioned by others,the ambiance here is amazing. The tables are both inside and outside. Outside tables are next to a stream of water that gently flows down to a waterfall. There was a DJ playing dinner music at the bar . The food was excellent. Our fish was cooked to perfection and the portions were just right . The lobster bisque was served in a small crock topped with puffed pastry. It was so good. The meal was expensive, but not over priced considering the quality of the food and the experience.

    Another wonderful evening and such a enjoyable dinner. Again David our waiter was superb and is so knowledgeable and friendly as ever I’ve met. Paulie had onion soup which was great. I had the wedge salad and Kathy had the burrata both delicious. For dinner Kathy and I had lobster tails that were sweet and superb tasting. Paulie and Roe had the surf and turf which was cooked excellently. David surprised us with a nice little treat with crème brûlée and chocolate cake Such a special night

    This restaurant is in the Hilton. The OpenTable “directions” take you to another hotel that is about .2 miles away. Food was very good. Ambiance is excellent. Wait staff is intune with your pacing! They also impose an automatic 20% service fee. I guess this is for foreigners who’s customs are less

    Filet mignon is always very good here. This time opted for the surf & turf. The Caribbean lobster tails was very good and we were surprised at the size of the tail, we were expecting a smaller size serving. The lobster bisque was nicely flavored but would have loved to see at least a chunk or two of real lobster meat in that. Was so looking forward to the crème brûlée trio for dessert only to find they were out of it. We had made a reservation for an outside table but upon our arrival we were told there weren’t any outside tables available. It appeared there were several empty outside tables so this was a little disappointing. Our server was fantastic making up for the disappointment of a lack of an outside table. I would consider this a great location if you have a special event to celebrate.

    Sunset Grille is our new favorite restaurant in Aruba. Our waiter, Juan, is outstanding…he is a real professional and has an outgoing infectious personality that really makes for an outstanding dining experience. The food was terrific as was the ambiance. Great experience. Thank you Juan!

    Very nice setting. Outside was nice overlooking the pool. We had the crab cakes for an app, nothing special, and wouldn't order again. For dinner, I had the sirloin steak, which was very tender and had a nice char. Coupled that with the asparagus, which was great. My wife had the grouper, and it was done perfectly. Service was good. We skipped dessert, not much that was tempting there.
