   It was my husbands birthday. The service was excellent, good and plentiful and delicious. We got the Chee Chee brussel sprouts, a huge portion and very good. Our waitress was really good, with service and recommendations!!!

   This is a cool vibe with lots of interesting and well-prepared choices on the menu. Your order comes out lightening fast, but in random stages so its a "grazing" experience. The brussels sprouts were good but I'd prefer them w/o the dried fish flakes on top that appear to be "alive" from the heat of the sprouts. The booths are also too low and are somewhat uncomfortable. Servers were knowledgeable and responsive.

   The food and service were impeccable, as always. Our only issue is that we were seated in a raised booth with a heating vent directly below it, which left us sweating through our entire meal.

   We have been here numerous times and always have awesome food and service. This is the first time we have been with a group of 8. The food was again awesome, however, the service was less than stellar (I am being kind). At the end of meal, when we received the bill, we noticed that there is an automatic tip of 25% applied to the bill. I would be fine with that, but the server did not deserve 25%. I would have paid the 20% customary big group tip, but 25% was excessive for service that was pretty much terrible. The food here is absolutely awesome!

   Our dinner experience was outstanding. Starting with our waitress Leah, she was very nice, smiling warm she helped to make our dinner wonderful. Foodwas out of this world especially the brussels sprouts. Look forward to going back again!!

    AMAZING experience would be an understatement. Our server, David, walked us through the menu and gave his personal favorites & recommendations. I can not recommend the Chee Chee fried Brussels Sprouts appetizer & Poprocks sushi roll enough! & of course the giant fortune cookie! 10/10

    Dinner was great, food was very good and at a nice price point. The only negative. The two top tables are too small for the plates when dishes are not timed out in their delivery. We had appetizers, salad/soup, and main dishes on the table all at the same time. Lucky we are not sitting next to anyone. Because our dishes had to over flow to the table next to us. Had someone been there it would have been too tight to fit everything on the same table.

    The restaurant is not usually as noisy as it was on our most recent visit. The group at the next table had just come from a hockey game and were loud. The salads are delicious.

    This was the second time my wife and I dined at Social House 7. Both times we found the staff to be friendly and courteous and the ambiance amazing and the menu varied with enough of a variety to satisfy the carnivore and the vegan. Our food, for the most part, was expertly prepared and presented with bold flavors and textures and tasted wonderful. This time, however, we ordered the Thai Lettuce Wraps as a started. We've ordered this dish at other restaurants and most times it has been served with bib or artisan lettuce leaves. Here the dish came with iceberg lettuce leaves which did not hold up well to the filling. Additionally, the chicken appeared to be chunks of ground chicken instead of cubes or pulled pieces which is normally found. Other than this one item both my wife and I loved the rest of the meal and will definitely return.

    They have no idea how to sequence an order of salad / appetizers and other (more substantial) items. Both the kitchen and the servers need training. Food was ok, but not great. Portions are all over the map (same category of food runs for a couple of bites to large enough to share for 2). It’s too bad, the menu has so much potential but needs work for customers to enjoy it all.

    So much YUM! I somehow didn't have Social House 7 on my radar and shame on me! It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. 4 of us had dinner and we all loved everything. Cocktails were delicious; appetizers were great to order up a few and pass around. The ONLY thing I think that wasn't a home run was my wagyu steak was ordered Medium rare and came out quite grey/well-done, no pink showing at all. :( It tasted good and I was not going to send it back, but I was disappointed. Our server Jake was nice and attentive most of the evening. And honestly so many delicious things - we're not going to throw the baby out with the bathwater on this place - we will definitely be back!

    This was my second time to social house 7 first for my husband. Love the decor and the round booth we sat in. Has such potential to be 5 star, but it was just missing something. Food and drinks were good, our server was prompt and pleasant. The music left much to be desired and it was from the 70’s and 80’s which was our era. Enjoyed our visit but it could be so much more!

    Terrible service throughout the night for an important birthday celebration with eight people. Food was great, but one guest's dinner was about 15 minutes after everyone else. I do not think the kitchen was the culprit, because the server rarely checked on us, as he hung out at the bar chit chatting with co-workers (in plain sight of our group) as plates accumulated and water bottles and drinks sat empty. VERY disappointing and painful to pay the mandatory tip on my group of eight...........

    Our server did a more than adequate job, but was clearly covering too many tables in a scattered fashion. Second time in row I felt the place was understaffed for as many customers were present. Great food, unique menu, interesting atmosphere ... Just figure out how to get and keep quality personnel

    Food was okay. Sushi was tough and fish did not taste fresh. The cocktail selection was small and overpriced. The pork in the ramen was very tough. The rabata was excellent, I would return again just to eat that. Atmosphere was cool but a little crowded and loud.

    We had a dinner reservation for 6:30, but our table wasn't ready when we arrived and we were told to go wait in the bar. I thought a server would ask if we would like to order a drink, but we were never approached. Our table was ready about 15 minutes after our reservation time. The server was prompt and the food came out as it was ready, but he had already alerted us that that's what would happen. The noise level was extremely high and it was a little bit hard to hear my friend while we were talking. We plan to go back and give it a try for lunch, hopefully when the weather is warm and the windows will be open so that the noise level will be lower than it was on Saturday evening.

    The food was OK... not the best Asian /Asian fusion I've had. It was relatively noisy. The waiter however was very efficient and kept us on time (actually early) for the theater.

    Our French waiter was great! We had him before too, but the food came out too quickly. The table was covered in dishes! The food is delicious! The room itself is very noisy and WAAAAY TOOOO HOOOOT! A screen was placed in front of the nearest heating vent, but didn’t really do much.

    Great place to dine before attending performance at Benedum. We had a great server who was attentive to us. The food was outstanding. We had the crispy fried brussel sprouts, the Alaskan and Spicy Tuna sushi rolls. Definitely one of my favorite Pittsburgh restaurants.

    It was lunch on Super Bowl Sunday, so obviously it was pretty quiet. But the host was extremely pleasant and helpful with his recommendations. The waitress was pleasant. Our food was all very good. We specifically liked the burrito and lettuce wraps. I found the cost to be lower than expected. I would recommend to my friends looking for a place to eat downtown.
