Miranda Cuisine & Bar, seeks to surprise and entertain patrons by offering a menu that adds just the right touch of a Latin flair to the typical upscale international food. Rather than offering a full fusion food concept, where a flavor profile from one region shares the taste palate equally with the other, we want to give just a hint of a Latin flavor to classic international dishes and also take typical Latin dishes and add an international touch. Miranda Cuisine & Bar is less than than 15 minutes away from major city centers around Miami-Dade, and is on 3 main city corridors (NW 36th street, Lejeune Rd, and State 112), making the venue an ideal meeting place for friends, family or business meetings.

This restaurant is in the lobby of the EB Hotel. The menu seems to feature Venezuelan cuisine. But the Prosecco was warm and flat, the octopus was overcooked and rubbery, but the churrasco was nicely done. The restaurant was surprisingly empty at 8pm; make of that what you want.

Unexpected surprise given the location in an "airport" hotel. Great food, service, and decor. The hotel itself is also a terrific find . . . feels more like a 4-star hotel in downtown.

Amazing food! Excellent service and friendly staff! The wine list is spectacular! I highly recommend the tequeños and the octopus a la plancha!
