   Made a reservation for 5:45pm , seated at 6:30pm . No menus - had to share . No AC and no fans other than one back door open. It was a busy weekend but they could’ve planned better or at least made sure there were fans circulating the hot air since the AC was not working

   Subject: Horrible Mother’s Day Experience — Request for Immediate Attention and Compensation Dear Acapulco Management Team, I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an unacceptable experience my family and I had at your [insert location, e.g., Montebello] location on Saturday, May 10 — a day meant to celebrate Mexican Mother’s Day. We arrived at approximately 6:35 PM and were seated around 7:05 PM. From that point forward, we received only water, chips, and one round of drinks — and then were left completely unattended for well over an hour and a half. During this time, no food was brought to our table, and no staff checked in with us or offered updates. Meanwhile, we watched larger parties (6–10 people) who arrived after us being served full meals before our table of just four. What was supposed to be a special dinner for my mother turned into a deeply frustrating, embarrassing, and upsetting experience. We eventually left without ever receiving our food. We didn’t complain at the time because we were so fed up and just wanted to leave quietly, but the more I think about it, the more wrong it feels. We understand busy nights happen. But ignoring a small table on Mother’s Day while serving larger ones first is unacceptable, and this experience has made us question whether Acapulco values its customers at all. At this point, I believe the right thing would be for Acapulco to offer a full complimentary meal or gift card for my family as compensation for the time, energy, and emotion wasted on what should have been a meaningful evening. I’ve also shared this experience publicly on Yelp so that others are aware of how poorly we were treated. I hope you take this opportunity to do the right thing and show that customer experience actually matters to your company.

   Service was bad and the table next to me was so loud. I was there with my kids and the people at the table next to me were playing a sex game and screaming very loud then got up and showed eachother how to twerk the restaurant did not stop them and it took 2 hours to bring one drink and an order of taquitos. Then tried to charge me of other items I did not get. Def won’t be back

   It was my Birthday celebration we had a awesome time. I had initially did reservations for 16 more than 26 showed up they were very accommodating. And treated us all well. Thanks so much 🩷🩷

   Overall the buffet style food and bottomless mimosas is a great deal. Service was a little rough, only one server handling 3 large parties. Overall a fine experience, we definitely come back!

   The micheladas weren’t good the food was okay the shrimp cocktail needed more flavor

   Great service and the food is really delicious. Love the made to order omelets. I went for Sunday Brunch. It's a nice start to your Sunday. Special thanks to Monica.

   Our server Nancy was amazing it was our first time trying Acapulco and we had the 3 course sweetheart menu everything was delicious!

    I had dinner last night there and Alex and management were amazing, outstanding service and food quality as well. The place looks impressive well maintained and the modern decor I really loved. Acapulco team, Big THANK YOU you are amazing !
