   Food was great and so was the service. Food is a bit pricey for a normal night out for dinner but since we were out celebrating with family it was perfect ambiance for the occasion.

   Pasta dishes were very bland, but the steak was good. Atmosphere was nothing special. Service was mediocre. Our server never checked up on us or came to ask us how our food was. He didn't even notice that our pasta plates were still full when he took it away.

    Ambiance wonderful for date night or quiet night out ! Food is amazing...steaks, appetizers perfectly prepared ! Wonderful wine list, but a bit pricey. Service from our waiter Bradley, flawless ! Price of food a bit high. But if price is no issue, I am highly recommending this place ! !

    Red has always been one of my favorites restaurants at the beach! Chef Peter V. really knows how to put amazing taste on anything you order… Pricy, yes! But then again everything that’s good is pricy! The experience of eating amazing food with great service is worth paying a bit extra!

    We love Red when visiting South Beach. But the ambiance has changed from the previous location. The music is very loud with a constant thump. Would prefer a nice Jazz. Just make sure you know it is a different vibe. Food was great except our au gratin potatoes were cool. Waiter took them back and reheated them.

    Steaks cooked to perfection. Side dishes were wonderful and very shareable. Desserts were fantastic as well. Our service was excellent. Multiple servers made sure that our glasses were never empty and that our food was brought to the table when it was fresh and hot from the kitchen. It was a little pricey, but we’ll worth a t for the quality of the food and service received.

    Celebrated my husband’s birthday and RED excelled in every aspect -hospitality, service, drinks, and food. The chef even prepared a special dessert per the birthday boy’s request! Thank you for making his day extra special!! We loved it here and will definitely come back when we are in town.

    Shared a delicious Tomahawk steal with the mushrooms and onions!! Delicious!!! Often we start with the wedge salad chopped and end with the donuts!! What could be better!! and their martinis are the best on the beach!! Always great service!!!

    The chicken parmesan is the best we have eaten anywhere!! We also had the rigatoni bolognese and the arugula and prosciutto salad which paired perfectly with the chicken!!! Red is the perfect place to get amazing Italian favorites!!! We also enjoyed the Antinori Guado al tasso wine as it was half priced wine Wednesday!! Super!! Nichole has introduced us to some amazing wines!! The service is always top notch!!

    I routinely travel alone and found this restaurant very comfortable. Excellent service and a fine dining experience! I offer two minor comments for consideration: 1) routinely pour the customer’s bottled water 2) regardless of the size of the party - have your wine expert stop at the table While expensive, well worth the money for a memorable dining experience.!

    Shared the Tomahawk steak and our five favorite side dishes (eggplant parmesan, brussel sprouts, creamed corn, sautéed spinach and the tater tots). It was definitely enough for four people and was delicious!!! This is my personal favorite restaurant South of Fifth and they NEVER disappoint! The service is always terrific!! We treated ourselves to the doughnuts for dessert and I would totally recommend them!! My personal favorite is the butterscotch sauce!!

    The experience at the bar was excellent. Drinks were good, appetizer we had was delicious. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner waiter, after we ordered dinner, heard him telling the table next to us the dinner specials. He neglected to tell us any of the nights specials. So, that was disappointing, as we would have probably ordered one of them. Overall our experience was good.

    The stuff peppers are a must try! Had the Rib-eye with asparagus which is also a can’t miss. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Definitely will be back next time in Miami.

    We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Red during a trip to Miami Beach. Lovely restaurant on South Point Drive on Mar 20, 2023 - well appointed, nice location, and linen tablecloths which is always a plus in my eyes. Exceptional food. My husband had the tuna tartare appetizer which was served in an ample portion and received my husband's seal of approval. I chose the house salad with goat cheese, walnuts, raspberry vinaigriette - again an ample portion and quite tasty. For the main course, we both chose rib eyes - done exactly as requested - and excellent char on the outside. Au gratin potatoes were a delicious side. The service was also exceptional, particularly from "Bryce B" - very attentive, friendly, accommodating in every way, as were the other staff. But Bryce B went above and beyond by helping us with transportation back to our hotel by ordering us an Uber on his account - apparently taxi service, for whatever reason, is very unreliable. He not only ordered the Uber but kept checking on its arrival time. Wonderful experience - highly recommended.

    Overall the energy felt off and food was OK. At least service was great. Side note: The previous location was beautiful, more fitting and ambience felt more so of a steakhouse. This location felt like a restaurant at a hotel lobby.

    To start they give you fresh hot bread that you dip in this special season olive oil. It was unbelievably great. For apps we had calamari and tomato and mozzarella. They were both exceptional. For main course at our table we had a strip steak. Cooked to perfection. Salmon also cooked to perfection and veal marsala was tender and delicious. Wine selection was over the top. I would highly recommend this Red's. And when I am in South Beach again will definitely go again.

    Normally Red knocks it out of the park. Last night it was good but not great. The lobster cocktail was very good, as was the asparagus. The Mac and cheese was alright, and we shared all those items. My friend had the ribeye and enjoyed it. I had the stuffed veal chop and this time it was nowhere near the juicy, tender deliciousness it was the other times I’ve ordered it.
