   The food was excellent but very expensive for Krakow. The service was great and the ambiance was sort of bland and sterile.

   The waiters were good and gave us very good service, when coming to our table. It is a shame that the waiters that don’t do anything in the moment will go to the bar-area and hang, making it look a bit messy. Food was on point. It was however a shame that they served some dishes, when one of three in the party was not at the table. We were basically the only customers on this night, and it should not have been a problem for them to hold the dishes for a minute and a half. Overall I will recommend going for the good food and the paired wines.

   We booked this last minute after arriving in krakow that evening and were really lucky to happen across this restaurant and for it to have availability. The service was attentive and helpful, the food was really delicious and the value for money was great. It isn’t cheap but it’s amazing food so it’s good value for what you get.

   Well, what can i say, lovely food, lovely wine, lovely friends. Friendly service and they went the extra mile to put a candle in the desert for my partners birthday!

    Outstanding in every way! We chose POD RÓŻA restaurant looking for an upscale restaurant in the Old Town within walking distance of the Galeria based on a Google search showing 4.8 stars. Wow. We've travelled seven continents and many beautiful cities, but this is a must-do experience. We were seated in a smaller section of the restaurant holding 6 or so tables. Ambiance, service, comfort, tempo were all top 5% of my experience. And notice I haven't mentioned the food yet. We both had the tasting menu. Presentation and taste were Michelin status for sure. Beautifully prepared, full of wonderful, often surprising, and perfectly blended taste experiences with a local but modern flair. My wife doesn't drink but I added the wine pairing which was superb. I guess I just can't say enough good things - try it for yourself! This is a meal worthy of marriage proposals. We return every December and are now POD RÓŻA's newest annual guests. p.s. Price?
