We dine at Town Hearth often and usually stick to our tried-and-true favorites. But this time was different — in the best way possible. From the moment Ashley introduced herself, we could tell this meal would be something special. I came in fully prepared to order my usual Delmonico and be on my way, but Ashley had other plans. She confidently recommended the veal chop with the voodoo sauce — and wow, what a game-changer. Cooked to a perfect medium Pittsburgh with a peppercorn crust, it was one of the best meals I’ve had here, hands down. My husband, who’s notoriously particular about his wine and usually sticks with Moscato, was hesitant when they didn’t have it on the list. Ashley didn’t miss a beat. She suggested the Passion Kicker — and to our surprise, it hit all the right notes. He loved it. Beyond the food and drink, what really set this evening apart was Ashley herself. Her energy, timing, and natural chemistry with us brought warmth and ease to the evening. She was fun, intuitive, and incredibly knowledgeable — a true pro. We even made sure to stop and speak to Dan on the way out to rave about her service.

Jordan started off a bit rough by being a little frustrated because we couldn’t hear her. She spoke too fast so we couldn’t understand her and it was also a little loud so we had to ask her to repeat herself. She looked irritated. That was not a good first impression for us. She did seem to ease up as the evening went on.

Our first time here. Our server, Ashley, was perfect. All of the staff, including the manager was very friendly and accommodating. This was a great experience!

My ribeye was perfect. My oysters were fabulous. Melanie, my server, was great. Super atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back with a group of friends!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience! Town Hearth Steakhouse blew us away—from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric, and every bite we had was phenomenal. But what truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Mike. His service was top-tier—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more amazing. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience, and it showed in every interaction. Can’t wait to return and highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend have been in before & he is a sous in the area so we were really upset with our overall experience at town hearth. Our server absolutely ruined the entire experience for us. For starters he never even introduced himself.. i believe his name was james from the receipt he dropped off. He had an terrible attitude with us for some reason but was lovely to his large party sitting right next to us. When he first walked up all he said was did we have any drinks in mind and when we didnt he just walked away. Never asked about any allergies, eating preferences, or talked about anything on the menu.. he never asked if we liked any of our food or we needed anything else for the table… Again my date is a sous so he wanted to really dive into the menu with the server but james just was extremely vague and dismissive.. We honestly love to be “upsold” but our server didn’t try even a little.. Loved the host especially the gentleman & the back servers were really nice aswell. Drinks were good but the lamb was really dry like it was cooked a day before & warmed up.
