We came here to celebrate after our wedding dinner was complete to meet up with some close friends. The staff were incredibly rude to our party and just nasty to be nasty. We reserved two tables and the waitress seemed out out to get our drink order. Some of our guests were lectured by an extremely rude staff member because his masked slipped below his nose. The rudeness was completely uncalled for. One would think after losing so much business during the 14+ months of Covid restrictions that your restaurant would be happy to accommodate a celebration of a wedding day. We had close to 20 people come to your establishment to help us celebrate. Most are Pittsburgh residents and after this experience we will never be back and we all will spread the word that your establishment offers poor service with very rude and nasty employees. Some of your staff also looked homeless (not edgy) with aggressively rude personalities to match. If that’s the look/vibe your going for then that really is not a great business model to attract and keep customers.

The staff did a great job with food and service, but the night I visited it was loud and very hot inside (the roof was closed). It felt more like a megabar for college students than the restaurant I was expecting. The food was good, but it was impossible to enjoy it in this atmosphere. My party of 3 couldn’t even hear each other.

We had dinner at Il Tetto for a birthday. The party included six adults, two teenagers and a five-year-old. Just mentioning that as I wasn't sure if people under 21 were able to eat there - they are. The service was amazing as was the food - full menu from Emporio and Pizzas from Mezzo. The roof was not open since it was supposed to rain, and it did start halfway through the meal, but the views were still amazing with it closed. We'll definitely be back again soon!

The weather was great so it was the perfect night to be on the rooftop! My friend and I went for drinks and food and had a small table in the corner. Our server was great and friendly, and the food was delicious! We had meatballs and shared a pizza. There was a 90 minute limit but the host gave us a half hour warning so we could order one last round and ask for the check without feeling super rushed. Definitely will be going back!

I booked reservations at Sienna Mercato for my going away party. In the past, I have always had a good experience there. I thought it would be a great place to have a group of 6 girls grab drinks and apps before leaving. I was wrong. For the positive aspect, our reservation was on time. The environment was nice and social distancing guidelines were followed. However, the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. The service we were provided was terrible. We saw our server maybe three times the entire evening. Once to order drinks and take our order, the second time to drop off our food, and the third time, about two and a half hours later, for the checks. We ordered pizzas, fried pickles, and meatballs. The pizzas came out about twenty minutes before the other food. This left half of the table to wait on the other half to get their food to begin eating. Our drinks (alcoholic and water) ran dry before the food came. We had to get up and find our server for a second round of drinks. When I asked, she was annoyed. What wonderful service. We were not offered additional drinks after that. Our waters remained empty. The only time our server was quick was to bring the checks over at 10:30 when the restaurant closed. The service was terrible, the food was not worth the money, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Went with friends and had a good night. Noise level is high. Wife and friend ordered Philly Cheese Steak bowls. Both enjoyed them. I had 2 spicy pork with Buffalo sauce. Excellent. Pizza was ordered by friends wife and did not come out until everyone else was almost finished with their meal. Bad timing! Fried pickles were a hit. Our waiter, Quinn was above and beyond.

I have been to the rooftop bar the past three weekends and this past time has not been the best experience. I made sure to reserve a high top table which we were not given and there were plenty that opened throughout the night. So who was my table given to? Also, the one food server was very rude and threw down the food after the order was wrong. When we said thank she responded with “mhm”. Overall not the best experience and I usually love to recommend going there to people!
