用餐一個小時之後就開始要我們加快用餐速度。請問，跟朋友吃火鍋一個小時是足夠的嗎？這點讓我們非常不舒服。如果規定用餐時間是90分鐘，那麼在用餐前是不是要說清楚，而不是啥都沒說，然後用餐一個小時之後就開始趕人。我們久久吃一次，結果體驗是如此差勁，相當沒勁，影響到下次是否還會再次招待朋友去用餐的意願。另外，我認為，這樣價位的餐點，要在餐點的質與量都需要要求。點一個丸子，價錢幾百元，結果只有四顆。這四顆的成本了不起30台幣，你一盤賣到一兩百，所以我要為了這花裡胡俏的氣氛跟花樣買單至少四倍的價錢。然後讓大家白飯跟豬血豆腐吃到飽。這點，不該是出現在一個中高價位的餐廳出現的服務。然後，外帶的湯，量也是以前的一半。整體來說，吃下來相當沒勁。近年物價上漲不是你們東西量縮的理由，因為你們從以前就是走中高價位的路線。以前以你們的價位與量就已經是賺大錢了，這幾年你們業務量大增，你們採買的成本也不會提高太多，但是你們提供的量實在是縮水太多。非常影響下次選擇你們餐廳用餐的機會。這裡用餐的性能價格比實在太低，低得離譜。再加上這樣的服務，實在是離了個大譜。

这店在香港也有分店，但向台湾的體驗完全不同，因为台湾的特别好，他們对顧客很细心，所以整體上真的很好！下次再到台灣旅行會再來👍🏻

服務我們這桌的服務員很怪，一直來打擾我們講話，然後轉盤活動一開始明明轉到牛五花，但該服務員卻叫我們重轉，最後只給一碗烏龍麵，好在店經理在結帳時有馬上了解情況並進行補償。無老鍋屬於鼎王集團價位較高的餐廳，建議員工訓練要再加強。

服務很貼心員工表現殷勤食物質素不錯午餐有優惠的二人餐，CP值高餐廳環境整潔乾淨，不會跟隔鄰枱很近，蠻讚的

好喜歡無老鍋的麵包豆腐，口感鮮嫩又非常入味，非常愛香辣鍋的香而不辣，吃起來較沒負擔，辣度等級在小辣的我吃起來非常舒服😌

員工太機械式態度，表面上是沒有問題！但服務性，要用心去對待，不是只有嘴上上謝謝，心𥚃就想你們不要來。我對你這店沒有太好感受，下次真的不會來了

用餐時間雖然限時90分鐘，但是沒有滿座就完全不趕人。鴨血豆腐和濃郁原湯很主動的加好加滿，服務人員態度一等一，還提及信義店限定活動，讓我們有個甜甜的ending~
