   The reason I did not give ambiance a 5 is because the a/c was so cold I thought I would turn into a popsicle. Other than that from beginning to end, service was impeccable. Every dish was to die for. Although pricey, definitely worth it and fair and healthy. If back in the area again, I'll be back .

   Food was a bit salty. Nothing stood out. I waited 20 minutes for cocktail. I ordered house cocktail which was sweet and not really cold. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this restaurant.

   We shared a wonderful soft shell crab appetizer - a special treat. My trout entree was delicious but huge. The same comment applies to. My wife’ s sea bass entree - wonderful but too much to eat! Somehow we found enough appetite to each have a chocolate soufflé though. They were out of this world! The service was wonderful, and do not miss their special cocktails!

   FANTASTIC! From the valet who parked our car to the bar tender sharing an exit cocktail with us. The staff didn't miss a beat. The food had so many levels of flavor and the Rum Fashioned cocktail was delightful. We throughly enjoyed our Mario Pagan dining experience.

   We arrived 15 minutes early as we decided to have a drink at their bar. The bartender was awesome. He recommended some drinks and also recommended some of the dishes that are popular. We had 2 outstanding drinks and dinner from start to finish one better than the next. Service was on-point. I would highly recommend Mario Pagan. You will need to make reservations ahead of time though. When we return to Puerto Rico we will be eating here again.

   The service was fantastic! The food was amazing. Best restaurant in San Juan! Highly recommend you try it.

   Mario Pagan Restaurant was absolutely wonderful, from beginning to end. The food was cooked perfectly and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.

    Excellent, we haven’t visited in awhile. Loved it, will be back. Very good option’s /selection of dishes, Lamb, Halibut, mini wellingtons. Waitress made a super job, without rushing us. Thanks for the detail for my wife’s birthday. Gracias
