Wife’s gnocchi was very good, but my lasagna was maybe 70% mozzarella- too much. Hard to taste the meat, ricotta or noodles - I like mozzarella, but the dish was out of balance- almost like eating Welsh rarebit.
Amazing food, amazing view and great atmosphere. Excellent service.
The food was outstanding but the service was really really slow. We had to go in to get them to acknowledge we were seated. Great outdoor setting and view downtown Park City
Good Great as always. Missed Paola, sore ankle, get better. The best food!
This was a really pleasant surprise. We arrived at the restaurant during a torrential down pour and lightning strike, which knocked out electrical power. Luckily, it was extremely temporary. We were given a nice table by the window. We decided to split two different pastas, the Quattro Formagio Fettucine and the Gnocchi Bolognese. The bread service came with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and it was wonderfully crusty. The two pastas we ordered were freshly made and both sauces were fantastic. Also terrific was our pleasant waitress named Jesse, who apologized for being short staffed the night we dined there. We didn't even notice. We'll be back again for a repeat meal.
Food was good and service was friendly and comfortable. We sat on the front porch at about 5:30 overlooking Main Street. The experience was comfortable for a casual Saturday night dinner. We saw some negative reviews but we were very satisfied and look forward to a return visit when we get back to Park City.
I ordered chicken Marsala with veggies on the side instead of pasta and was brought a plain chicken breast that they tried to pass off as Marsala chicken. Uh, no. Where was the mushroom sauce then? Unbelievable! Plus it was brought out 15 minutes AFTER everyone else at my table had been served. Never again!
Worst service, …...food was good except I had a large lemon peel in my food. Server had a dumb look when I pointed it out to him, after that it seemed like he ignored us...…. We wanted to order dessert and another cocktail but he didn't come around, so we asked for the bill and left. its a shame the restaurant is there to make money but when you receive bad service you take your business elsewhere.
And one more thing, the hostess needs to smile more....she looked mad, I thought she was giving me dirty looks the whole time we were there...LOL.
We came to park city for a sports event. Needed to carb load. The outside of the restaurant is very simple so you might miss it (we have been in park city multiple times and drove by the restaurant and didn’t see it). Our server was great. Food excellent from the appetizers to the main dish. Portions are normal size which is good so you can enjoy dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for Italian food
Have been to Park City on vacation many times, lodging almost next door, but had never eaten here before. We will return. Home made pasta was excellent. Used to have seating in the plaza with table cloths, but they no longer do that. Inside looked to be good for families with large tables, outside nice for a couple on the balcony over looking the City chair lift. It's a shame the public keeps walking through the dining tables. The interruption with people right there at your table (kids, dogs), can be a bummer when having a nice meal.
We always love eating here. Service is fabulous and the food very good. This time the tomato sauce was a bit overpowering. Not typical for them.
Delicious restaurant... the only challenge is that they were understaffed and our waitress had too many tables to be able to give great customer service. Our waitress was wonderful but having to serve so many tables caused significant delays in receiving drinks and food.
Ordered the Alla Checca w/ chicken. A huge dish of food w/ only a small portion of sub-par spaghetti & over cooked chicken. The wine was served at room temperature...no hint of a chill. Service was great, but won’t go back based on the meal.
Great service, food ok. Pasta primavera way over sauced.
Horrible service. Out of everything. Server forgot my salad the when I reminded him he told me I didn’t order one, even though we’d had an in depth conversation about which salad i should choose. He quit coming to table once he knew he screwed up. Even though He went to the table right next to us multiple times. said they were Out of butter and bread.
Be prepared for big portions, a huge variety on menu
The food was delicious and service was great.
Fine. Salmon was a bit overdone and the veal ravioli sauce was abundant and oily.
We really enjoyed our meal. We had three courses and a good bottle of wine all at reasonable cost. We did not have dessert, only because we were full.
Among the best italian dining in Utah. We had the Spaghetti Pomodoro, Lasagna, Bruschetta, and Caprese. All excellent. Restaurant was seasonally light on business but kitchen delivered a perfect meal. Service was excellent!
It was very expensive and they were unable to support one diner seeking a dairy free meal...due to the size of the kitchen. They were responsive...but, offered no real solution.
Very nice restaurant, service was great and food quality amazing. Great quality for the price.
FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE. MY WIFE, SON AND I ATE DINNER TWICE AY BUONA VITA WHILE IN PARK CITY AND BOTH MEALS WERE SCRUMPTIOUS AT A GREAT VALUE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Hostess staff not well trained. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation the hostess said that we were early but “we could sit over there” and motioned to a 4 top in front of restaurant. She did not seat us or bring us menus and immediately preoccupied with a larger party that came in after us. After 10 minutes if sitting there with no menus or greeting other than a person pouring water that spoke little English we decided to get our own menus from hostess stand. The same hostess said we can get those for you and asked if I was with big party that was just say. I responded I wasn’t but we have been sitting over at our table for a while with no menus or greeting. This was the same hostess that sat us and it did not jar any memory, she didn’t even go and get a sever for us. Very rude hostess staff. Waitress was decent, messed up one of our meals but got it fixed. Food was ok, nothing special. Would not eat here again or recommend.
Food is always great here. However, my biggest issue with this restaurant is the way they clean the dirty tables. They use reused rags to wipe down the dirty tables and then place the clean utensils on the "so called" clean table. Appearance of clean sure, clean not really. Recommendation to the restaurant: Use clean rags or paper towels and SPRAY the tables with a disinfectant, so the tables are actually clean. When I asked for new utensils to the waitress, she looked at me like why. I told her the table wasn't "clean" and she didn't get why. That's a bigger issue altogether that she didn't get it!
A bit chaotic and awkward checking and waiting for table due to absolutely no where to go. Once you get past that very authentic food, great service.
Very nice Italian Restaurant on the quieter end of Main Street. Service was very attentive and the food good. Warm friendly atmosphere.
Best when beating the crowd. Good food and personal service.
The restaurant is very crowded and loud. We enjoyed our food but it took FOREVER! Thak goodness for the free garlic bread to hold us over ad\fter a long day of skiing! The food is decent, typical Italian. On a sour note, the tiramisu was frozen in the center. Definitely not homemade.
Food was great. Took forever to get our food. Not enough waiters/waitresses, and the service was absolutely terrible. Our bill was messed up numerous times, and we had to ask multiple times for refills. Good food, bad service. Simply put.
Average Italian food with very friendly and attentive service. Good value for Park City.
Good service and food. Early evening during week was quiet so one could talk.
For an Italian restaurant should have Sinatra or Martin playing overhead instead of Spanish music.
Pizza with dry chicken and undercooked. Salmon pasta very good. Service / ambience nice. They did kindly comp our pizza when we only mentioned it wasn’t very good
All of our plates were great. Salmon piccata with Fettuccine great. Clams outstanding. Eggplant Parmigiana Great. Service outstanding.
Went with two adults and two teenagers. We had a reservation and were seated within 5-10 minutes. Tables close together in a small space but cute and cozy. Drinks were good, however the food was not! The Alfredo has no taste. The chicken parm was chewy and bland. My husband said his gnocchi bolognese was like “canned chef boyrdee.” Mine was ok but no sauce on the ravioli and very dry. The “special” was garlic bread that was so fair that it should have really just come free in a bread basket. It’s a shame bc it is a nice little space with kind people working there.
Our son got sick from the food. Rest of us were fine.
Very nice restaurant with very good food. Garlic bread special and mussels especially flavorful. Good family restaurant Great way to spend an evening. Respectable wine list
Great food, good service- cool architectural details. H
