   We’ve been coming here for special occasions for the past 15 years and it never disappoints!! Awesome service, ambience, food quality, etc! They make celebrations so special!! So many restaurants are understaffed these days, but not here!! We had the most amazing meals and service once again last night for our daughters bday. I’d rate higher than 5 stars if I could!! 🙌🏼👏🏼

   Nick and Sam’s is by far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in Dallas since I’ve lived here for two years their ambiance is phenomenal all the servers there are well-educated on the menu. I appreciated that the servers were so attentive. The food is phenomenal. We were celebrating a good friend of mine birthday and they went above and beyond. complementary champagne and a cute sign that says happy birthday with the name on it and a balloon on top to make you feel special. However, this place is not for anyone that wants a quiet dinner it is very noisy but if you could surpass that which I highly recommend you do you’ll enjoy it very much😇

   I have been here a couple of times and each time it gets better. One of the managers stopped by and gave us some champagne. They even gave us a sampler with caviar. The experience you get at Nick and Sam’s is not comparable to other steak houses. It truly is a delight.

   We had an 8:00pm reservation for 2 people to celebrate a birthday. We were not seated until 8:30pm and did not even have appetizers to our table until 9:30pm. They did not bring our bottle of wine (which we ordered at the same time as the food) until after the appetizers. This terrible service was a big distraction to the meal and makes the prices not worth it. Would not recommend going here.

    They had 8 of us squeezed into a table for 6 in the far back corner. We never got refills on water. Brought the wine to the table didn’t open it for about 5-7 min later. Forgot verbalize sauce for a steak. Forgot to bring us the blue cheese olives we requested with drinks. Just a very over rated experience. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

    Celebrated my daughter’s graduation from college. Everyone enjoyed the food, ambience, and service. Definitely top tier experience for the graduate. We’ve celebrated many milestones here and we’ve never been disappointed.

    Nick & Sam become the LOUDEST place to dine in ? Not only we had to ask two groups to consider that they are sitting just 4' away but the music.. would high class steak house try to compete with a disco? BOTH on the type of music and the volume ... it was even difficult for the waiter to hear us.

    From the instant we left the car w/ valet to walking out. We felt like they were open for us. Bailey was an exceptional server and she maintained a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable demeanor the entire time. No detail was left un noticed. Glasses were always full, napkins always folded if we stepped away. The food was other-worldly. Def cannot wait to go back.

    Was disappointed with our server Ernesto. He was overly sales forward the entire night and gave the impression of rack up the bill for a higher tip. We already order a bottle of wine but that wasn’t enough for him. 40 mins to order mains after hearing everything the menu had to offer. Told us to put our menus always like children. At the end of the meal Ernesto was making small talk about our weekend. He asked what we had planned and I replied with , we have an early flight. He asked where? We said to New York for a funeral. He replied with “okay cool” and then left the table immediately. He had little to no emotional intelligence of how to handle the situation and just left not to return until handing the bill. Dined with you all 5 others times and by far the worst experience. Food was great. A little loud tonight. We’re seated immediately but service was unexpectedly poor.

    We had a wonderful time. My son chose here for his 18th birthday dinner, this is his favorite restaurant to grab an amazing meal. I called ahead of time to plan his birthday dessert as a surprise, and they pulled it off beautifully. Our waiter was attentive and the food was delicious as always. The steak here literally just melts in your mouth. Our favorite side dish is the King Crab Elote, we should probably order 2 of these from now on, it never lasts long at our table!

    The service was exceptional, as always. Our frustration was the seafood tower had lump crabmeat that had clearly turned. Likewise, the steaks were tough and chewy, not as good as a typical Nick & Sam's Experience. We'll be back, but it felt like an off night. When the tab is $1600 for 6 people (2 not drinking), the hope would be an exceptional overall experience.

    Freddy, our waiter, made our first visit to Nick & Sam’s fantastic! We were celebrating an anniversary, and we absolutely chose the right place. Food was excellent, and Freddy made it a truly memorable evening.

    Food was fine but nothing to write home about. You can get better steaks elsewhere in Dallas. The service was beyond inattentive, and was simply poor. I asked multiple times for a whiskey list and was never allowed to see one. I was eventually told they only had four bourbons, and that blanton’s was the only thing they didn’t have. The only problem is that I walked by the bar and saw at least twenty different bourbons, including blanton’s! Not sure why I was lied to about this. I actually was never offered a second drink after asking for the whiskey list. I was then given the wrong check at the end of the night, To top it all off, tables are way too close together and it is SO loud. Was really excited to try this place as it seems to be a Dallas staple. However, there are plenty of other great places in Dallas that are cheaper than this place. I guess if you like the fact that Dallas Mavericks eat there sometimes, you might like this place. But if you want good food and service at a fair price—look elsewhere.

    The service we received was prior. As we were unable to book an eight seater on OpenTable, they put us in the lobby. The service was so poor that we had to call our waiter multiple times via the manager. The food was average. The birthday experience was great, although we still do pay for it. I would prefer other steakhouses for the money I spent.

    The place is nice and fun, but my ribeye was tough for the price and the room where I sat was way too loud. My dining companion couldn’t hear me talk across the table. The side dishes and crab cake were really good.

    I took my girlfriend of 9 years here to finally propose to her. I could not have picked a better place for it. It is very expensive, but unlike other expensive restaurants, this place gives you massive portions. It is definitely an experience in and of itself.

    Our family went for our daughters 16th birthday. She really enjoyed it and of course loved the enormous rainbow cake. My only two complaints the noise level was very loud for a nice restaurant, and tables were way to close together, which made it chaotic between the servers, runners, and customers.

    Took my family out for my fiancés birthday dinner and it was an amazing experience. From the time we arrived to the end of service everything was great. Everyone wished our Birthday Man a Happy Birthday! The champagne toast was a nice touch and the food and dessert was superb! The sides are enough for 4 to share and the steak and pork chop was cooked to all of our liking. We will definitely add this restaurant to our top favs! Thanks to our server Micah!

    SUNGLASSES STOLEN WITH TESLA DASHCAM FOOTAGE ERASED. I had a terrible experience with the valet service at Nick and Sam's restaurant. I used their valet service to park my Tesla car, and I discovered that my Louis Vuitton sunglasses (worth $600) were missing. I was shocked to find that the security footage from my Tesla's dashcam for May 24th had been deleted, indicating that someone tampered with it. It was clear that my sunglasses were stolen while my car was parked with the valet service. I brought this to the attention of the general manager at the restaurant, but unfortunately, they did nothing but apologies for the 'inconvenience'. They did not offer any compensation or take any action to investigate the incident. This is unacceptable behavior from a restaurant and its management team. When I entrust my property to a valet service, I expect them to keep it safe. The fact that my expensive sunglasses were stolen, and the restaurant did not take any action to rectify the situation, is completely unacceptable. I urge anyone considering using the valet service at Nick and Sam's to think twice before doing so. They clearly do not prioritize the safety of their customers' property. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment. This is a clear case of theft and negligence on the part of the restaurant and its staff. It is unacceptable for them to disregard their customers' concerns and take no action to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

    Great scene if that is what you are looking for. Entrees were delicious and desserts were excellent. Do not order the soufflé if you want something made fresh/served warm. Ice creams and cotton candy were fun! Cocktails were delicious.
