Delicious food and impeccable service. The ambiance is lovely but as the restaurant filled the noise level was a bit loud as nearby tables’ conversations could be overwhelming.

We went to Marvino's for the set Thanksgiving menu. The food was delicious and the staff were very knowledgeable on the menu. They were very accommodating and were able to make recommendations in relation to my food allergy. I would highly recommend Marvino's and will be returning again in the future.

Average at best, I’m sad to say. We had 2 appetizers, salads, a soup, 6 different entrees, drinks, 3 desserts and nobody raves about any of it. The entrees were lukewarm. The portions were sizable for the price. The flavor was fine. Nobody left hungry and nobody sent anything back. The servers tried hard and were kind but seemed confused every time they brought a drink or food. Not saying I won’t go back, but there are a lot of places I’d prefer to try or go to first.

What a great place for dinner. Food was amazing. Lobster bisque a winner. Margherita pizza a winner. Wedge salad a win! Pasta with crab meat — outstanding!! Really awesome service. Exactly perfect. Highly recommend.

Tried several items, Alfredo was good, chicken good, red sauce plain, chicken parm ok. The steak was the problem. Asked for medium well, was served rare. Sent back, it returned med rare, sent back again and still undercooked. 3 times on the same steak, cut into pieces at this point. Finally got a new steak cooked correctly. Some kind of gesture would have been nice, like a complimentary dessert or discount, but nothing. Server was good, very nice atmosphere, but had reservation for Anniversary and was seated next to a group of 15 doing a gift exchange, loud! Plenty of other tables available. May return for 2nd chance, but doubtful based on price for just basic food.

My wife and I enjoyed the Thursday evening filet special. It was cooked to perfection and it was as good of a selection of meat as you can get. Our son joined us and really enjoyed the chicken alfredo. Service was 5 stars for sure. Excellent experience.

We went this past Sunday at noon. There was only one car in the parking lot, so I had to check to make sure they were open. I'm so glad I found this restaurant. The food, servers and overall look and feel of the restaurant was awesome. We had a party of 5 with 2 kids and everyone absolutely loved it. We had the filet, chicken, pork chop and the seafood pasta. It was all great. Even though we live in Kingwood we will be back. Do yourself a favor and check out Marvino's.

All-in-all we had a great experience at Marvino's. While we enjoyed our meal, 2 of our filets were overcooked (ordered Medium, got Well Done). I'm not sure where the mix up was and we went ahead and ate our steaks without complaint, but will be sure to verify if my idea of Medium is the same as the restaurants if we come back.

M&M review, Cypress: We go almost every Thursday night for steak night. They have the absolute best filet mignon in the area! I also love Dario‘s, but Thursday night steak night at Marvino’s‘s, the same steak as they owned Dario’s as well, is a great value. They try very hard to be very good at service, w really this place for the filet!

Old-school traditional Italian steakhouse with luxurious decor, professional attentive service, excellent food, a wide variety on the menu and good prices. It's just really a great feeling to dine in an old-world long-term establishment like this one. Very special and highly recommended.

We’ve tried to like this place, but we always leave disappointed. We had an 8:30 reservation for a party of 6. The hostess greeted my husband and I awkwardly when we arrived. She kept looking back at forth at the table and then the hostess desk. She did this about a half dozen times before finally saying to follow her to our table. Our waiter was nice, but service was slow and they weren’t even busy. Our food came out barely warm and for the price tag, it just wasn’t worth it. Then came the drama to get our check split 4 ways which we were told it couldn’t be done without manager approval. We tried explaining to the waiter how to split the check and then he started avoiding our table. It took 35 minutes for someone to finally ring up our checks which is absurd. We were the last ones to leave the restaurant because of the delay in accepting our payments. We will not be back.

Five of us went for dinner for Houston Restaurant Weeks. The food and service was so good, four of us are going back for lunch - the other can't go because he has to work. One of the specials also sounded so good that we are going back for dinner in September to have the special.

$90 for beef kabob’s special is outrageous, especially when compared to the regular menu. Even one of the servers when we made the point about the outrageous price for the kabobs when we viewed the bill said at least we didn’t order the sea bass at $110 as he laughed. Other similar menu items were ~$45-$65. Left feeling suckered. First and last time we dine at Marvinos “gotcha” restaurant. Tried someplace different, but definitely will go back to Dario’s. I’m goal driven and set a goal of personally telling 10 people by weeks end the “Gotcha Game” Marvinos plays. That and the combination of social media forums.
