Overall wonderful experience. The ambience is nice and the noise level was not too loud allowing good conversation at a large table. The food is delicious - Filet Mignon is the best I’ve had in a long time. Extensive wine list with great options. Can’t wait to return!

Great service, great food and drinks. It was very socially distanced. Waiter wore a mask, was attentive and knowledgeable without being annoying. We had a wonderful get together with friends.

Overall the experience was very good. Our server Kevin was super helpful with the menu and told us personal stories about the wine we selected for dinner. The food was outstanding, though a significant increase in price from the last time we visited (of course covid and the restaurant industry had a difficult last two years). The ambiance was good although it was almost too quiet. Overall we plan to come back. We’ve been coming to Roast for 10 years now and everything is always well done. :)

Really good food and really good service! A bit pricey, but it is an upscale restaurant of course. The food was definitely worth it. They even brought us out a treat free of charge for our anniversary!

The food was delicious but I feel it is overpriced. I was also surprised that the waiter asked if we were celebrating anything, I told him my son’s birthday, but nothing was done. For a $500 meal I would expect a birthday dessert on the house. Disappointed.

We were celebrating birthdays, graduations, etc all those things we missed during the pandemic. Amy, our server, spoke to my 19 year old and 16 year old like they were adults. While that may sound silly, often times at high end restaurants the staff will use a a condescending tone. We had a lovely time and a lovely meal.

My Birthday & Special Occasion every year! Absolutely Fabulous- Always fabulous! The Mgr & our server Tiffany went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Amazing food- so good it always brings tears to your eyes & makes you clap & dance in your seat! Perfect wine selection advice! Thank you for always making my birthday beautiful (Especially this year w/no Nutcracker at the Fox) * Also as a present was Michael Symon’s brand new cookbook! Highly recommend all of his cookbooks & cast iron enameled cookware & utensils. 🙏❤️

Dinner was good but unfortunately they switched my husband’s steak and mine up so we got the wrong steaks and it was to dark to tell. So unfortunately I got his rare (cold) steak and he got my medium but I thought the waiter was slow and that’s why the food wasn’t hot. In all services could have been better to ensure customers get what they order.

$78 ribeyes (we had 2) could easily bemade at home for $20 each. Umami potatoes were overdone. Dessert was tasteless, don't even recall what it was. NO HAPPY HOUR!

Was a perfect place to celebrate a birthday with someone special. The staff was very attentive from the time we entered the restaurant until the time we left. Our waiter (Kevin) was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable on the menu and gave details of the fishes that were not included in the menu descriptions. I would highly recommend Ross Detroit

Service was great! Unfortunately, the food quality didn't match the price point. I decided to splurge on a dry aged steak. The texture was great and it was cooked to my desired temperature. The flavor, however, was bland. It was very disappointing. The umami potatoes and lobster spaghetti were solid. I would not recommend splurging on a steak here, though - expensive as hell and simply not done well. May have just been mine, but hard to say...

The staff at Roast was very accommodating as we needed additional setting for a business meeting at the last minute. Ken who attended to our table is a top notch waiter and we enjoyed his recommendations and candor. He made the evening and dining experience very enjoyable. Food was delicious. Thank you!!
