   Lovely Saturday dinner in a space quiet enough for conversation! Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful and responded to my request for a quiet table. There are sound absorbing panels on the ceiling. Nice block in Chelsea.

   Food was outstanding!! Very fun evening! Pasta in the cheese wheel my favorite but combining the menu with Italian and Asian allowed for some outstanding tartar and tatakii starters!

   The waitress in the reception desk make my friends uncomfortable. She didn’t allow them wait inside even I have an reservation . She allowed other person wait inside. We are only unsatisfied with her. Everything else is nice .

   This was not our first visit and we have already recommended Basta Pasta to many friends. However, the noise level last Thursday was horrendous and we all ended up with a sore throat ! In future we would always request the first table on the left near the kitchen area, it seemed to be somewhat quieter there. But we will be back ...

    Nice place , food was good. Could have used more flavour... a bit simple. They didn’t offer any Parmesan cheese and fresh pepper when our pasta arrived. We had to ask for it, I would go back as my teenage kids loved the parmesan wheel pasta as it was a hit for them.
