    Great selection of wine and a tasty menu. Eden is very expensive and not a bargain but is also not that much overpriced.

    We really enjoyed our appetizer and our main entrée although I did think the risotto was a little dry. I was really surprised at the dessert and it’s presentation. They obviously don’t have a pastry chef. The cake was served icebox cold. The icing was hard and tasteless. The crème brûlée was over cooked and curdled very disappointed considering how expensive and well known this restaurant is.

    Memorial Day weekend andEden doesn’t miss a beat. Jordan and John took great care of us! Nice seeing Jack, Kevin, Taylor, Scott, Ryan and Alona! Great cocktails, great wine and fabulous food!

    Varied choices on the menu (we had seared ahi tuna and filet mignon). Both were delicious. Cocktail was very good, and dessert choices were great! Service was top notch as well.

    The hostess was aloof to the point of almost being rude. The server was nice enough but not particularly attentive. She brought our salads out while we were still working on our appetizer. The food was mediocre; over sauced and too many flavors on top of each other. The restaurant has such a wonderful reputation, making our visit all the more disappointing.

    As 4 DC friends of over 20 years, we all know where to eat both here in Rehoboth and DC; Duplex Diner in DC was a favorite hangout. Eden is always a first choice. Consistently great time and delicious food— the owners really know hospitality and what’s perfect to serve their diners! Def a return visit — until next time guys!

    Eden is located right across the street from the condo we frequently rent in Rehoboth DE. We went on a balmy Friday evening in late April and were the only ones sitting outside as most diners seem to prefer to be in the beautifully-appointed inside as Eden has been voted the 'most best date night' restaurant in the area, or something like that. We were a 3-generational party of 4 with twin first graders in tow who are good eaters. We were welcomed to the table by a younger server, and then a second one came out and then - oddly -a third serve who said he was the principal server. What's up with that overkill? We had 3 entrees (the kids shared one): a filet mignon and 2 rare tuna entrees. The actual entrees were delicious! The accompaniment less so. The escalloped potatoes that came with my steak were shoe leather they were so tough! How can that be in a eatery that has Washington DC prices in a relatively small town? The filet entree was $36. We started with a small cheese board to share t the table that was heavy on the dried fruit and honey and light on the cheese - go figure. We ended with 3 delicious desserts including a key lime pie and a creme brulee. One adult has 2 proseccos and I had 2 cucumber martinis. The bill was $210 to which I added a 20% tip bringing the dinner to $252, an amount for which I expected a tad more given that there were 2 kids in our party.

    Look no further for very fine dining than at Eden. Great food, wine , service, decor and reasonable prices. The lobster/crab fritter appetizer was quite tasty. The pan-seared filet mignon was exquisitely prepared - much better than what you would get at a nice steak house. The wine list was extensive with a very broad selection of very fine American, French and Italian wines. Wednesday featured wine bottles at half price - a great deal! Don’t forget to have the “Last Call” after-dinner drink to cap things off - yummy! Service was spot on with attention to even little details like refolding one’s napkin after leaving and returning to the table.

    So different than pre-pandemic. We ordered the prix fixe meal for $40 for a salad with sharp, vinegary dressing and cioppianni that was more of a gloppy risotto. No bread provided. Very disappointed as this used to be our go-to restaurant for a nice meal. Even the atmosphere was boring. No longer special.

    Eden is a super restaurant with a wonderful bar area. Food is consistently good. The steaks are some of the finest you will sample and about 30% less than other steakhouses in area - wonderful meal and awesome value. Also a fan of the meat and cheese boards - generous portions and all are high quality. John in the bar area is expert on both, as well as wines, and can help you make the perfect selections and wine pairings. He is also an excellent mixologist - awesome Old Fashioned! One of our “go to” places - interesting and delicious menu, wonderful staff and warm ambiance.

    We had an amazing experience at Eden!! The antelope dish was off-the-chain delicious, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the filet mignon!! Our waiter, Kevin, was among the best we’ve had in years. His knowledge of their wine selection helped us to choose a bottle that rivaled the food. Five Stars!! We will definitely return again!!

    Our party of 7 had a fantastic meal and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All of the food was prepared perfectly and the wine list is ample and varied. We especially loved that we had a round table so that we could all talk to each other. Our server Jack was knowledgeable and attentive. Although I had wine, others at the table had cocktails and said the bartender did a fantastic job on them. I had not been here since 2004 due to moving out of state and it's wonderful to see that this place is still just as good as I recall. We shall definitely return!

    Wednesday special choices were good. Soup and shrimp appetizers were excellent. Main course flounder lacked some flavor in spite of the large portion size. Chocolate cake dessert was delicious.

    We dine at Eden every time we’re in Rehoboth and believe the tradition goes back to when Eden first opened. For us each time is outstanding in food, service, ambiance and this trip proved same. It’s ‘off-season” in Rehoboth but the quality remains the same in and out of season.
