   First time eating inside after Covid. Everything was great with the exception of the Valet service. Valet experience will now prevent me from coming back unless I walk. Absolutely horrible. My car was dripping wet in the seat from valet driver. He was slow as he was playing a game on his phone. He did not offer to wipe the seat and when I asked he got a wet rag that did not help. I understand it was raining out but in all my years of Atlanta valet....Never have I had a puddle of water from how much water the valet put on my seat.

   Food was delicious, staff were nice, portions were very small for the price, 20% gratuity already added even though only 2 people in our party. Valet was $3, most places i’ve been to it is free so a little annoying

   I originally made a reservation for three people then I found out that three more were joining us. I informed the hostess and she accommodated us in such a gracious manner. The food was delicious and the service excellent. I will definitely return!

   Service was terrible. Burger prepared wrong, different fries from what we ordered, no spoons accompanied the soup, no water refill until requested even though other table’s glasses were being checked and refilled, bill included a drink the server forgot to give us until we pointed it out. Manager came by, fixed and addressed concerns. However, nothing was comped. We had to take it out of the tip. Burger wasn’t even as good as it used to be. We will not be back.

   The drink order was incorrect at first. And they didn’t have some items that were described on the website. No salad at all. And paying over $8 for valet was outrageous. 3 for parking, 2 for tip and over 3 for a service fee. That is a rip off.

    Our group really enjoyed taking advantage of the small plates option. Sharing multiple delicious dishes was a fun way to dinner out. Our server had exceptional suggestions for the grilled octopus and deviled eggs. The snack plate was a huge hit with everyone as well - the smoked trout was exceptional! Glancing at the menu online I did not anticipate that it was more formal than my jeans and a hooded sweatshirt, but the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and upscale-ish. I would say great for happy hour, friends dinner, or a date night.

    I had the burger, and it really was amazing! We had the deviled eggs as well as a sweet potato ravioli and they were both AMAZING. Our server was Alex and she was the absolute best. And the Manager was even better. We had such a wonderful experience for valentines day and we will definitely be back. And my margarita was delicious!

    Soooo, we love Bocado, but on a holiday such as Valentines Day, maybe not as much. Reservations were roughly 40min behind and that’s with us having to guarantee it with a credit card, where’s the guarantee that we’d be seated on time? Or getting a drink at the bar while waiting, didn’t happen. Overall, we will be back but hey, take a cue from Hal’s, when they are behind on reservations seating, at least everyone received a complimentary glass of wine and sincere apologies.     We really liked our Bocado Experience and will be returning. Everything was an excellent until the end of the night when the table next us got drunk and became very disruptive. My only point of feedback to Bocado is to be mindful of how much alcohol your patrons are being served, the space is small, and any small disruption is amplified.

    We had our usual very pleasant experience at Bocado, although neither the octopus nor the lobster was as good as we expected. The beet and citrus salad and the kale salad were outstanding. And the service was superb, provided by our favorite server, Erica! The relatively new curtain has made a real difference is reducing noise in the restaurant.

    We enjoyed our meal and very much appreciated your accommodating our reservation change at the last minute. The sweet potato ravioli was outstanding as an appetizer. We enjoyed our wine and entrees, though the cauliflower puree and vegetables served with the trout were a little over-salted for my tastes. I wonder how many of your other customers are working to control their salt intake and then find the amount of salt overpowering in many restaurant dishes. Maybe consider reducing the amount of salt in the kitchen and then providing some cool salt cellars with different salts when the food is served, so your patrons can adjust the seaoning to their preference? Otherwise, we had a fabulous meal. Always enjoy your restaurant and will return soon!

    Great place I would visit again. Food, bartender and waitress were great. Unnecessary delayed being seated until our entire group arrived was odd, especially as we were in the way of waitstaff and table ready when we arrived. Having been on our feet all day from a convention, after 10+ minutes we seated ourselves. A simple miss, but miss nonetheless. A bit loud, but good vibe of a hopping place!
