I recently dined at Cru and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I highly recommend Cru for great service and tasty food!

Mia was our server and she was fantastic. We were greeted at the door with great humor as well! We were out on patio (it was perfect weather) but also shaded just right to keep sun off. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Our server seemed very stressed and didn’t stop by much. We had to ask 2 or 3 times to have her come by for refills, or to order an additional drink. When my husband requested a Vin Santo dessert wine (this IS a wine specialty restaurant) she said they didn’t have it and hadn’t heard of it. We asked for a menu and on the menu was, in fact, a Vin Santo. She then stated she was sorry but they get zero training so she had no idea what that was. Will I go back? Yes, because I like the food and love the wine flights. But PLEASE improve your serve staff. We were treated like we were a bother the entire time we were there and it wasn’t that busy. We were grateful for the young man filling our water because he was able to get our server for us the 3 times we needed her. Five stars to him!!!

Horrible cheese/meat pairings for wine. Server made up everything about food. Gave us wrong things multiple times.

Really enjoyed our dining experience. Sitting outside is lovely. Great wine selection and good pours. We selected items off the Happy hour menu and were very pleased and satisfied. Food was very good!

Experience was good. Everyone was very attentive. My only suggestion was that we have been there 2 Thanksgivings & would like a fresh menu. I like the ambiance of being in the middle of Avalon.

Overall OK not sure if this was the first time that they opened for Thanksgiving. It felt like it was a little crazy/ disorganized. Had a 3.00 pm reservation no Happy Thanksgiving introduction from the Host or waitress it was ( do you have a reservation)kind of odd but OK. My wife and the server had an issue ( major back and forth) with Prisoner wine label kind of funny to me. But OK . Risotto was not god should have had another option (cold and dry was the expectation) poor offering didn’t pull it off. Pasta was good Salmon and Short Rib were good . Wine offerings were the highlight of the meal. Got desserts to /go clearly not a house made items but all and all would go back for wines by the glass or bottle and some of the daily offerings I’m guessing they are better at pulling off …
