Bristol Oyster Bar is now a small tapas restaurant. The value of what you pay for the amount of food you receive has gone down. The food was still very good, but the price vs quantity has changed. If you like the tapas platform, then you'll probably like the new setup. I'm not a fan of small plates or tapas so I didn't feel the cost was worth what we received. Service was excellent.

Bristol Oyster Bar has changed hands since last time we visited and the menu has been re-designed toward small plates. We very much enjoyed the new menu offerings and thought that the food was creative and well-prepared. We expect to return.

The food was very fresh and tasty, loved the tapas idea as it gave us lots of different things to try. Our waitress was amazing and so attentive. She was extremely accommodating for all of our various allergies. Charming little restaurant —a must visit while in Bristol!

The menu has changed to more of a tapas style which allows for more efficient use of their small kitchen and quick delivery of food as each dish is made. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was excellent as was the overall experience. It was early in the season so only six kinds of oysters were available, but we'll be back for more later on.

The good and drinks were delicious! Love the new decor (although I loved the old decor too!). We have tried de eral of the tapas dishes and every one of them is DELICIOUS! Unique flavors, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. A tad pricy if you are hungry, but worth it. A new fave for us.
