   Came across this restaurant by accident and the jerk smell from the vents was so good we just went in and said we wanted whatever that smell was. The jerk seasoning and sauce is top level stuff. Same with the bbq chicken wings. Have been there 4 times now and quality of food has always been great. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing.

   Fantastic Caribbean restaurant in Bedford with friendly and welcoming staff, great atmosphere and vibe. Food is always excellent with amazing flavours and quick service. My son and hubbys favourite place to eat and get a little bit of the Caribbean spirit in your soul.

   Had such a wonderful time celebrating my Dad’s 60th Birthday. The service, quality of food, and value for money at Carumbar is 10/10. We had a large booking of 10 people and they made sure that everyone was taken care of. Everyone enjoyed their food. The food was one of the best Jamaican restaurants I’ve been to and it gave the feeling of being back home in JA. Enjoyed the food so much that I forgot to take a proper photo.

   My partner and I had the most wonderful time celebrating our 3rd Valentine’s Day together at CaRumBar yesterday! We had booked in advance and to our surprise our booth had been decorated with petals and a candle! There was also a cute and fun “date night/get to know each-other” card game to play whilst we waited. How thoughtful?! We had the Seafood Combo for 2 which was to die for, it looked/smelled so good we forgot to take a pic as we tucked in immediately😋😍 It was our first time trying proper sea food, and let me tell you the standard has been set high thanks to CaRumBar! There was a live saxophone player, who was incredible and added to the (already amazing) atmosphere. The restaurant was beautiful inside and out, very warm, welcoming, cosy & homely vibes! All of the staff were very kind and helpful too. Thank-you CaRumBar for a new and wonderful experience ❤️ We can’t wait to return again xx

   Great food and staff. Only issue was there not being enough oxtail on the night.

   Absolutely loved Carumbar. The atmosphere was great, the music upbeat yet chilled. Our server was attentive and offered to help explain anything on the menu. We had Jerk chicken and a vegan combo and both were tasty and cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back.
