   I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants but this one just didn't come up to the fine dining standard that I'm accustomed to. Food was pretty good and I liked the energy of young people working there. The problem is that the price of food and wine just do not justify the experience, period. I would have happily enjoyed this kind of experience for half price.

   One of the best meals I’ve ever had, the food was obviously great but the team effort that went into the service really stood out . We were made to feel incredibly welcome.

   I can’t say enough nice things about Ko! Su the general manager made everything perfect for us and really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Arthur the sommelier chose some excellent wines for us that we thoroughly enjoyed and the food was epic! So fantastic that we chose to go to the bar for another taste the next night! We will be coming back each time we visit New York.

   We booked a 7 PM table for my son's birthday but our flight was delayed by 3 hours (thanks, United). Manager Su was calm in the face of the storm and pushed our reservation back to 9 pm. Her graciousness and flexibility were deeply appreciated and we knew that we were in for something special. The food was beautifully presented and creative; the 7 bone steak was spectacular. Service was attentive but not intrusive. This is a great restaurant and deserving of its Michelin stars.

    La comida es peculiar, no es nada lo que esperaba, sabores muy fuertes y que no tenían nada de lógica entre ellos, la relación costó beneficio no es nada favorable tenía mucha expectativa de este lugar y honestamente fue algo que no volvería a repetir jamás. 2500 dólares de cheque por 6 personas sin consumir alcohol.

    We had a wonderful and special night out with dear friends. The service was impeccable and friendly. The ambiance was relaxed. The food was inventive, delicious and exciting. Some of our favorites were the potato chips, scallops, frois gras, egg and caviar, aged beef, oh and let's not forget the aged butter- out of this world!

    Table seating was of course ideal for a gathering with friends. The service staff was attentive and friendly. The wine pairings were solid, heavily favoring France on the night of our visit. The food was perfect - lived up to its reputation. We enjoyed the space quite a lot, too. With only a few tables it’s not loud - we could enjoy conversation very easily.

    Our table of 5 have been lucky enough to sample wonderful food all over the world and we were excited to visit Momofuku Ko. It’s comes with great acclaim. In reality it was the most disappointing meal we had during our time in New York. The dining room was cold but we got blankets. The food, while inventive and in part pretty, was lacklustre. For the menu price, I had expected near perfection and taste explosions. An experience, a concept, maybe...a memorable dining event for all the wrong reasons - most definitely.

    Incredible experience, delicious food - each dish is brought out and introduced in a way that makes you feel like a bigger part of the meal than just consuming it. Great ambience (some interesting music choices but it was all good) a phenomenal experience

    What a wonderful meal! From arrival to departure, we were treated so well. The dishes were very innovative and delicious. The wine pairings were perfect. They also took special care of those in our group of 6 with food allergies and vegetarian. Yes, it’s expensive, but for a very special meal, it’s worth it.

    Fantastic service, starting at the door and straight through to the end of the meal. Arthur, Gigi and Becky were super attentive, friendly and informative. The food was delicious and fun. Thanks to all the chefs and to Sarah. Absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon.

    Honestly we thought we where eating at Momofuku in East Village but since we have had a progressive 12 course meal twice before we where like ok let’s do it. Once in Bangkok, Thailand and Ios, Greece. Completely enjoyed them both. This was bad and soooo and overpriced. Didn’t like the flavors or meal. Raw and all tasted the same. Props for attempting something different but failed. I feel terrible because the wait staff and chef’s where amazingly kind. For New York. . . Hard pass!

    We decided to go here for my daughter's 21st birthday. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. From the food, to the service, to the ambiance (including music!!!!) -- simply A+++. While not everyone in our party is has an adventurous palate, there were plenty of dishes that all six of us thought were the best food we had ever tasted. In addition, they made arrangements with Milk Bar to have one of those famous, and unbelievably delicious Birthday Cakes delivered to the restaurant (at no additional charge, above the cost of the cake). Big thank you David Chang, and to the entire Momofuku Ko staff for making our special day so perfect. Next time we are in NYC, we will definitely stop by again.

    Disappointed. Not a great meal. I have been to other Momofuku restaurants in nyc and really enjoyed them. Plates were more bizarre than exceptionally flavorful.

    Chang's multi-course, small-format tasting menu was innovative and unique. Some of the dishes stood out more than the others; e.g. soft boiled egg with caviar, Maine uni and grilled duck. The beverage pairing, in my view, was not worth the almost $200 price

    Phenomenal experience - everything from the beverage pairing to the music was expertly thought through. Each dish was so unique and a blend of interesting flavors, textures, and ingredients. Great ambience, outstanding service, and presentation. One of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in NYC! Absolutely worth it.

    Great tasting menu. Food unique and delicious and plentiful- I was stuffed at the end. Staff and servers were great - friendly and available without being intrusive. We were celebrating a birthday and had a great time. Highly recommend.

    Had heard the rumblings that maybe the tasting menu had lost its edge or was overrated but found that to be completely untrue. Tasting menu from start to finish was fantastic and well worth the cost. Definitely a dining experience to put on your NYC bucket list.

    Some dishes were great, others no so. One raw (striped bass) fish dish was sub-par quality/freshness that would not have been served at a mid-level sushi place. Trying to come up with new stuff all the time I guess leaves some things not working out, but wish it was caught in the kitchen not the table. The sommelier was not able to figure out what style of wine we like and his recommendation was quite off. He exchanges it but gracefully, but puzzled by his description and choice. He seemed to have his taste/style that colored the exchange and expect something more. The wine list was extensive, but very little below $100 so dining with friends that didn't have the means to spend big on wine made this disappointing. My first visit to Ko many years back was a great memory but after this visit I would not go back or recommend it given the other options in the city.

    Honestly not worth the price at all. Been to so many restaurants in nyc at this level, and you simply do not get what you pay for. Terribly overpriced. Great selection and fun dishes but for a 3.5 hour meal I’d go elsewhere. We spent $600 total on the wine paring for 3 of us - each of us got about 3 glasses total. Would have so much rather bought 3 $200 bottles of wine. Will never go back here.

    Our meal was extraordinary, especially with the sumptuous very interesting wine pairings. Standouts of the courses were the Ko egg with white sturgeon caviar, the beef, aged in house and so creamy, the halibut with soybeans, and the tender lamb. Two of us found the final course of mandarin tarte tatin too overpowering with which to end. But the other two enjoyed it. One complaint- the music was too loud and made it impossible to hear the descriptions of the courses/wine unless you were right on top of the individual speaking. But overall, a most gratifying and memorable almost 4-hr meal!
