    Waygu A5 beef, sun-choke risotto and cream potato purée were all very nice. Service was excellent in the “outdoor” dining area. They have heat lamps to help with fall and wi yet weather. Best part was the excellent monitors!

    I was beyond bummed when I heard the Bazaar by Jose Andres was closing at the SLS hotel in Beverly Hills. It had stood strong for 10 years and now it seemed like yet another restaurant had fallen victim to this pandemic that has rocked the restaurant scene. Then, like some weird ray of butter-soaked and perfectly-seasoned sunshine (I know that makes no sense), I heard the news that the same chef team and service staff were all remaining to forge a brand new restaurant in it's wake. I was beyond excited to see what this opportunity would mean for the passionate people behind it that decided to not just roll with punches, but roll up their sleeves and fight back. The atmosphere of the dinner service was one of the best outdoor dining experiences I've had recently. The drinks were all top-tier and expertly hand-crafted with care and the food...oh the food. This new restaurant focuses you on the fundamentals of each dish and what makes it come alive at it's core to burst with flavor. Now instead of wondering HOW to eat something like at the Bazaar, I was thinking HOW MUCH of each plate I could fit in my mouth in one bite. And brunch...O brunch. There's a special place in my heart for day drinking with good company, over mouth-watering food. Now you really can't go wrong ordering anything on the brunch menu as it's all incredible, but there's one dish in particular that got me. I was hesitant to order the avocado toast in fear I would become yet another millennial over-paying for a dish I could have made, half-awake and hungover, for less than $2, but...BUT! WOW! It's hard to put into words because it's exactly what it's supposed to be--avocado on toast, and yet it's so much more. These days, when long-running LA restaurants are shutting down everyday it seems, you've got here a committed crew throwing themselves into creating some of the best dishes I've had since this pandemic has started. They deserve every bit of success this restaurant gets. Cheers!

    The menu this restaurant has on the Open Table site is absolutely not the menu they have in the restaurant. I was going for the Tapas they had on the site and they don't even have tapas anymore. The waiter said they didn't update the site menu yet! The service was good, and the food we ordered instead was fine, but nothing special. Unless you want to pay $150-$300 for the steak, I would recommend you to go somewhere else. Also, we came for dinner, and I think this place has better ambiance in the day time. I wouldn't go there on a date.
