FELICE, the ultimate Tuscan Restaurant and wine bar, already in two locations on the Upper East Side in NYC, is now venturing down to the Financial District. Opening in Gild Hall, a Thompson Hotel, 15 Gold Street will introduce authentic Italian classics and the family’s namesake wines to the Wall Street community in its intimate 40-seat restaurant and the upstairs called La Soffitta is open for larger parties and private events. Good Italian food - some prepared a bit differently. The tuna tartarre and fettucini with bolognese sauce are superb. The service is always good. We were served with friendliness and attentiveness even as we were the last seating late in the evening. They never acted like they wanted us (or others) to hurry up so they could go home. The place is attractive and the food good.

We certainly enjoyed dining at Felice Gold. A warm inviting ambiance with excellent service. We were welcomed immediately and seated at a table we liked. The food was also excellent. Nice choice of wines too. We will love to return.

This was our second time here and we had another amazing meal. Everything was so delicious. Service was excellent. We didn’t feel rushed at all. They even sang to me for my birthday!

Felice has been my go-to for many years, so I was disappointed by my dinner last night. My friend had linguine bolognese and enjoyed it, but my Pasta Via Regina which is described as having PEI mussels and clams lacked anything that resembled a single clam or mussel. There were some microscopic bits of something in the bottom of the dish—could have been garlic bits. It was a tasty garlic sauce with tomatoes and parsley, but not a clam or a mussel was seen. Perhaps they rushed the dish out without putting the shellfish on top, but that’s not right.

Delicious! Service was great and waiter was knowledgeable. We had branzino, pasta and dessert. Terrific wine. Only minor complaint was that it was a little dark and needed flashlight to see the menu.

we were there for lunch not many pple and i had to keep asking for water fill up. my pasta seem like it was sour ,, i didn't say anything b.c i was on a business lunch. i left most of it thought the waiter would have said something but no she didn't. the pasta was 28 $ and came with nothing for lunch i thought that was way to expensive. shouldn't have stuck with the burger.

This is a very fine restaurant. No complaints at all. Great Prix fixe menu. Our waiter was great. Also you cannnot get in without proof of vaccine. I got there and I forgot my phone which had my vax card information in it. They would not let me in I had to go home for my phone. That's what all the restaurants should be doing.

Been wanting to try Felice as they will be opening a location in my neighborhood in Brooklyn soon. The food was really good so I would go back for that. However, the service was severely lacking. I had a reservation for 8pm and we were not seated until 8:45pm. They kept apologizing saying the table just would not get up. With covid, I've been informed many times by other establishments that there's a time limit on the table and have been politely asked to pay and leave so they could seat their next reservation. Not sure what that wasn't done here. So we sat super late and then felt very rushed to eat. We hadn't even gotten our mains when they asked for last call for the bar and dessert. Again, food and ambience was great but just did not like how the staff treated us.

The most lousy and expensive breakfast we had in NYC in our 9 days stay. Had a reservation and got our table immediately. However after ordering we waited for a very long time and we could see that at least three different parties got their orders before us. When asking for our food they came with it 5 minutes later - cold eggs and cold roasted potatoes, and the french toasts was slighty over burned and cold as well. Price example: ordered a caffe latte, which was in total 1 deciliter i a smal cup - price 6,5 $.
