I loved to come to this restaurant every time I come to Chicago (which is not as often as I would like since I live in CA), up until this visit it has always been outstanding. Our waiter was pleasant, only once he took the food order we never saw him again. Unfortunately he was slammed with a very large party. My friends dish was super salty and no one checked to see how it was. (she would have sent it back) I even stopped to chat with the manager, and he did apologize and said he will put a note on my profile of this app "for next time". Never asked my name or where I was sitting. Highly doubt if I do come back in a few years, I would eat here again. If you are like me and used to love this place, perhaps find a new memory.

A perfect birthday evening. A very nice food selection to choose from, the waiter was most kind and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each course. A birthday cake was a surprise.

Carlos was the best server ever! So attentive, funny, and kind. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the aged steak, the corn soufflé, and the espresso chocolate chip ice cream.

I ordered a 14 oz NY Strip prepared medium. It was served medium rare, but appeared to me to be rare…slight crust but red on inside. In previous visits I’ve ordered medium and it was served with a little pink center. You may want to ask the server to define the terms rare, medium and rare.

Seated at a terrible afterthought type table . Waiter flew by our table multiple times then finally stopped and said you ready ? Sure Ordered steak medium it was med rare Baked potato was cold and undercooked Butter didn’t melt never a good sign waiter again flew by eventually Everything good ? Sure companion had a pasta dish that was fine nothing memorable No thanks

Been going to Harry's for years when visiting Chicago for a convention. All 4 people at our table had issues with our food. @ dinners sent back, one twice. Service was excellent. Will not go back.

Dry aged ribeyes weren't good and we didn't finish them. Told the waiter and he bought us a $10 dessert that we didn't need. Over $400 for dinner and it definitely wasn't worth it. We've had great meals in the past, but will rethink it in the future.

The server literally said Oh my I can't even as my children where trying to figure out what they could drink as they don't drink soda. My Paradelle Bolognese was just awful. There was no taste at all and the chunks of meat didn't fit in the meal. The noodles were really tough. It just was not good. My husband's fillet was charred.

Harry Caray's Steakhouse is such a vibrant place to take friends & family for a superb meal. *Steve was an excellent waiter. He knows how to energize a table & his hospitality is second to none. Steve gives an excellent presentation of the menu and answers all questions. His humor & enthusiastic nature is top-notch. I believe his hospitality enhances the deliciousness of the meal. I was very impressed until a table was sat directly next to us... where my seat was bumped multiple times & they spoke so loud I could no longer talk to my husband. I understand this on busy days, but it was Monday eve & the restaurant was very empty. No reason to seat a table right next to us,it completely interrupted the feel & we were in the middle of eating our main course. I'll be honest, it very much impacted my experience... or first time at your establishment. When I used the restroom I looked around both main dining rooms, there were dozens of empty tables. Just some feedback for you, don't cram us in together if it's not necessary, especially for your prices.
