Hub 51 is a regular go to. Really good food, casual, setting, but professional service. many things on the menu to love. I have introduced a lot of friends to Hub 51 and they also now go regularly.

We have been before but it’s been a while. Menu could use a few more items choices for non meat options. Service was slow at first and we had a dirty water carafe on the table but it picked up.

I have been to Hub 51 many times before COVID and been very satisfied with everything. This time however was pretty disappointing. The nachos were okay but my husband's burger was bland and not worth the price. The biggest disappointment was the Irish coffee I ordered. It tasted like water, had no whipped cream and was ridiculously expensive. Service wasn't great either. There are plenty of other places in the vicinity with great options so this was likely our last time for this place.

My 1st and definitely NOT my last time dining here.. Prices are reasonable and the food was good. I ordered a lemon 🍋 drop martini 🍸 and it was satisfying. Filet Mignon tacos was a hit

Our server was very nice and once my other friend came who was also doing bottomless, the mimosa flow was a lot better. Brunch food was eh, French toast was amazing but the hashbrowns boring - no salt or pepper or salsa or hot sauce; the toast came with no butter or jam. The server wasn’t around too much and we were hungry so we didn’t bother to ask and just ate. Check had an error but was quickly fixed. I wouldn’t go back again anytime soon for brunch because there’s places with a bigger menu for brunch and a lot more flavorful; plus the same or similar price for bottomless.

I had a wonderful experience at Hub 51. The ambiance was lively, and the staff were welcoming right from the start. I began with their Pulled Chicken Nachos, which were flavorful and crispy. The Miso Salmon I had for my main course was perfectly cooked and deliciously savory. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and they offered helpful menu recommendations. To finish, the Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie was a dreamy, indulgent treat. Overall, the visit was marked by tasty food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend Hub 51 for a great dining experience.

We celebrated Birthdays in the Windy City all the way from California. At first didnt get the cuisine. Sushi ? Burgers ? Nachos ? We were just happy that some food on the menu could be ordered gluten free. Staff and Service helpful and pleasant 🥳

The staff are amazing! The hostess, the bartender, and the wait staff were so nice. We were celebrating a bachelorette night. Everyone told the bride Congratulations! The waitress made sure the we understood the menu and explained everything. The best we have ever encountered! Food was excellent- served at right temperature and tasted great! Timing was perfect. I highly recommend

Booked a table for six about three days ahead of time. Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time and after a short, five minute wait, we were seated at a round table. We waited an extended time for our server, and when someone finally came over, we never complained, but they offered to give us our appetizer for free which was super nice, after that, our service was very good and we all enjoyed our food. The chicken nachos are fantastic. I had sushi and it was really good and the mahi tacos were excellent. We also enjoyed sharing desserts of the blueberry butter cake and the brownie and ice cream, which was huge. Both were delicious.

My daughter ordered a salad with grilled salmon as she always does- the salmon was so small compared To previous orders. Need to have larger pieces of salmon. I ordered the egg breakfast- no jelly available for toast and bacon was greasy. Ordered Crispy bacon.

This place was great! The brunch menu had a great variety of items and everything was delicious. The sushi was super fresh and the pancake sandwich was not something you see at other places. Very original and so good!

From entry to exit we were impressed with the ambiance, the vibe, the staff & more. I’m from Chicago and have dined at Maple & Ash before but not in the capacity in which WE dined for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We enjoyed everything from House Caviar to the seafood tower to the many cocktails. Our server was amazing as well as the Matre D’ as both of the two opened Monarch in Dallas in which we dined last week as it’s said to be the sister restaurant of M&A. For a Wednesday this place was full of energy and people which enhanced our dining experience. The only thing we didn’t find exciting is the dessert menu. There was little to nothing and all basic. This is a must do in Chicago especially for an anniversary or birthday as they personalize the menu with my fav words (lol) to commemorate your celebration.

I've been to Hub 51, numerous times. Brought a friend who was visiting town for her birthday and staying nearby. I have to say last night was amazing. Food is always fresh, presented well and delicious...But Ryan our server was just outstanding. He presented the menu items flawlessly and assisted us with making delicious choices that matched every word of his recommendation! Couldn't have asked for better service.
