Andiamo! A Neighborhood Trattoria
Not as good as I remember. Just ok
Great, cozy atmosphere. All if the food was outstanding! I would go again.
Andiamo has been a local favorite for a long time. Good food, friendly efficient service, pleasant
ambience at a reasonable price. It was that way before they closed for remodeling, and is that way
after. Need reservations because is also quite popular.
Have eaten at Andiamo a number of times. Always enjoy the food, service and lovely atmosphere. Always good for special occasions as well as just enjoying wonderful Italian food.
I've been going to Andiamo ever since it opened in Santa Fe. So I speak for a history of experiences. I love this place. I always sit at my favorite table; I always enjoy the best service, attention, ambience and food. I am always so delighted to bring my friends, family and colleagues to Andiamo.
Great food, great service! We come back every year.
We enjoyed our meal and the service was great. I was surprised to get an e mail when I got home to say we were a no show! This happened the last we went there also. We checked in at the desk, our name was on the reservation list and we were seated immediately...So what is up with Andiamo and Open Table? I use open table for every reservation and Andiamo is the on,y restaurant that has been a problem
Will still go back!,
We had been here before, several years ago (our last trip to Santa Fe), and enjoyed it as much now as we did then. It will be on our "definite" list of places to go for future visits. I had the Fettuccine with portobello and cremini mushrooms; my companions tried the chicken piccata, and the trout. All were very happy with their selections; I'll probably have the same dish next time, if they still have it. However, they have a lot of other treats I'd like to try!
WE usually love Andiamo. This time they had the Bolognese lasagna which I had been looking forward to trying. Unfortunately it was served with cold spots so after telling our server it was taken away and returned very hot. But, the top layer was so overdone it looked burned and it was impossible to cut it. Underneath it was very tasty but the noodles were soggy. After waiting so long while the others ate I just ate it. The chicken parmesan and Bolognese spaghetti were great.
Ate there 2 nights in a row. Food very good both nights. Service attentive first night. Second night quire slow. Long time waiting for entree We sat in a corner and waiter came to table next to ours but didn’t check in on us, although our plates had been cleared and we had expressed interest in dessert. Took another 5 minutes for him to return with menus. Also slow delivery got that. Mayhave been short handed but never sddresssed longer wait periods. Nice restaurant, maybe just an off evening. Our friends dined there earlier same evening and also mentioned slow servuce
A good restaurant. Chicken Picata overcooked. Service a little arrogant. Not the best in town by far but I would go back.
We love Andiamo. The food is always good, the atmosphere is comfortable and the waitstaff is always friendly. They have a great wine list as well as gluten-free options. It’s a bit pricey for every day eating, but great for special occasions
Food was delicious, great ambience to celebrate a birthday! I have been several times and will return.
Love the restaurant, food etc. Your prices are a bit pricey for what is delivered. Unfortunately, this happens at all restaurants in Santa Fe.
Really enjoyed the food & service was as very good. Only compliant, parking is a nightmare.
Great place great food. Little issue with seating folks that don’t have reservations so had to wait to be seated a bit long.
Pleasant, warm environment. Good food. Good service.
We love Andiamo and go there frequently. We took out of town guests there on our last visit. Food was excellent, but service was so terrible that we were very embarrassed. Sat for 20 minutes after being seated just Waiting!!
While Andiamo was a bit busier than usual, but the uber-competent staff updated us that we would be seated a bit later than our reservation. Within five minutes, we were seated comfortably, and even though our server was slammed, he was efficient and everything was perfect and on-point! The cooks/chefs were particularly on their game, as the meal was more savory than I remember!
Love the staff, especially knowing some have been with the restaurant a long time. Consistently good food.
The food was not great, the seating was uncomfortable and drafty, the service was alright. I would recommend people go somewhere slse
Hadn’t been in awhile but was very disappointed. Seems to have gone down in all areas.
Andiamo is a community gem. Always run into people we know who love good food and a comfortable ambiance at reasonable prices.
I frequently eat at Andiamo. Wonderful food, fabulous staff, imtimate dining. Love it. Fantastic local restaurant!
We had a very good lunch at Andiamo yesterday. The linguine carbonara was amazing, the celery soup yummy, and the trout excellent.
We had a lovely window seating that was quite private. Good value. Buy my chicken piccata was overcooked and had way too much acid. My friend's pasta was OK but needed more sauce and pancetta. Multiple service people kept interrupting our conversation, I assume to speed up our dinner. It was very annoying.
Excellent Food! Great service! Waiter was very knowledgeable and accommodating for vegan and vegetarian needs!
Always a go to. Reception was bot organized. Suspect they overbooked. Friends (party of 4). Waited 30 min for their 7pm reservations. Maybe better to go during the week
Food, wine and service was excellent. Opentable provided last minute reservation on a crowded weekend evening. Chicken piccata was spectacular!
The food was very good. However, the small tables were very close together. I understand that it helps the restaurant make more money but it was just too tight. The service was good, minus a long wait to get a refill on water the first time.
Last visit to Andiamo, the service was not good. They do not have enough waiters. We were only acknowledged by our waiter twice. Once when he took the order and once when he brought the bill. Did not give the specials to us. Had to ask for wine, desert menu. Good back up staff. Ordered desert but it never arrived. Would not recommend Andiamo on a Friday or Saturday night as it is too busy and over whelms the available staff. When full, very noisy and seating is very cramped. Did not appear to have a resident manager on staff. No one seemed to be in charge. When I told the hostess on leaving they needed more waiters, her response was: "I know".
We were a group of 7 diners who had not seen one another for some time. All enjoyed their dinners and also were impressed by the excellent service we received. I have visited Andiamo many times over the years and have found it to be comfortable, consistant and a very good value.
Had a wonderful meal with outstanding service. The homemade ravioli was excellent!
Most of the food was great. Our one complaint would be the “gluten free” noodles. They used rice noodles instead of actual gluten free noodles. Rice noodles just don’t work with Italian sauces. Our gluten allergy dining companion never complains about anything, but she was pretty vocal with her disappointment in her food. She brought it to our waiter’s attention and while he was very sympathetic, he didn’t offer any kind of compensation. Even if they didn’t have any other gluten free options to offer her, they could have offered to comp her glass of wine or something.
The other thing we managed to miss before we actually sat down, is that the only adult beverage options are beer and wine. Another guy in our group is allergic to beer and wine and so it was kind of disappointing that he couldn’t have a cocktail with the rest of the group. We were celebrating his anniversary. So just FYI...those of us without allergies really liked our food and wine, but if you have celiac, this is not the place for you.
I am a local. I have never had a bad meal or experienced bad service. Good to make reservations though. It is quiet cozy and has a great wine list.
Super busy Saturday night but they managed. Duck leg was superb as usual. Good wine at reasonable prices. Only disappointment was pots de creme- no whipped cream or sauce- just three dried out blackberries😕.
Andiamo is a Santa fe favorite, good food, good service, pleasant ambience, it has been consistently that way for many years.Yet looks fresh and improved with the recent remodeling. There are some favorites in the menu, and from time to time feel the need to visit. Just a great place to take friends and guests
Just great! We will back again and again! Unconditionally recommend!!!
The food as always was excellent and our server recommended a great Chianti. But we sat at a table in the corner to the right of the entrance by the window nock and it was LOUD. The sound collects in that area. Very unpleasant.
i love andiamo, i have never had a bad dinner or lunch there. they have a fabulous caesar salad and you can't go wrong with chicken piccata, which is my favorite, it's lemony and served with mashed potatoes and veggie. amazing comfort food for me. the prices are very reasonable and the wine list is good. also you have to try the desert. we had a birthday celebration here and it was perfect.
