    Had friends a one of my grandsons and his girlfriend with us. Really enjoyed and awed by the building and the food. Great time. Been there several times before.

    We really enjoyed the choice of food and the grand concourse dining was very nice. We will definitely eat there again.

    A generous selection of food that was all fine. Nothing great and the service far outshined the food. Nothing was really seasoned well and need additional salt badly. Even the Caesar salad was extremely dry, as was the prime rib. The sausage gravy also had very little taste and was very loose. Again, the food was not bad, but it certainly will not drive us back.

    DO NOT GO!!! This was an awful experience. Took 30 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us, only after telling the hostess no one had been to our table.After 1hr 45min of waiting for our food, we still did not have it and got up and left hungry and disappointed. Don’t waste your time going here.

    Our order was wrong and didn't have a menu item at time of dinner at 6pm as still prepping and be another 40 minutes for the all you can eat queen crab legs. Also waitress was very slow and had to be ask to come by our table

    Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the Grand Concourse. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be returning, especially looking forward to making it to happy hour in the Gandy Dancer soon.

    We had a very nice experience for a special Birthday dinner. We had a beautiful view of Downtown Pittsburgh and our server Amber was so professional, friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

    We had a fabulous dinner in the room with a spectacular view of the Pittsburgh skyline. Great seafood! Wonderful service! The main dining room is absolutely beautiful.
