    Our food was delicious, but they charge way too much for their burgers. Especially since they come without any sides. Our server kept disappearing. When we would look for him, he was on the other side of the restaurant chatting away with other servers. When they brought our appetizers, we had to flag someone down to get plates. The service here definitely needs some work.

    Always love this restaurant! Had an Opentable reward card to use and the manager was very cooperative even though they were having a hard time figuring out how to use it.

    The food is always good. We had a chicken BLT, a crunch salad with grilled chicken and onion rings. All excellent. The food is fresh and tasty. It’s not creative just good. We are always more than pleased with our experience here.

    I am vegetarian but their 5 Napkin Veggie burger draws me in every time. House made and one of the best veggie burgers anywhere. The people I have eaten with have agreed that their other burgers are also really good. Sweet potato fries are great. Some of the other food is less exciting, including the apple pie, which was way too sweet and kind of gummy. Service is attentive. I’m still mad they closed their union Square location
