Outstanding service. Food took a little bit longer because it was busy (on a holiday too). Waitress was very nice telling us that food would be almost out that they were just busy and even brought us free dessert for the wait. No complaints at all we understood it was a holiday and they were going as fast as they could. We will most definitely be back.

Service was a little slow but friendly and birthday dessert was a nice surprise. Food was excellent

The WORST experience I’ve had at Earls. We were unable to order many things off the menu because it was unavailable. We were unable to order the Mango Smokeshow Margarita, the Steak Frites, the Carne Asada Tacos, or any item with a 4oz steak. We were only able to order 7oz or 12oz. This was really upsetting as there is a large price point difference between the 4oz and those options. We were only notified this after being seated and when we were trying to order. We should have been disclaimed by the hostess and/or the server before we got seated it would be a limited menu. I came specifically for the 4oz steak and sushi. Will not be coming back. 0/10

Menu change main tofu appetizer out of menu. They said u have to move to lounge area or patio area . If you want after hours menu price. I have 2 year old kid with her I cannot sit in patio or in lounge

Sat at the bar top but also made our way outside because it was the patio party with the dj. Atmosphere was energetic and service was present

I have been to many other Earls but this one was not great, I didn’t get part of my meal (waited over an hr to find out order not made). It was a very poor experience. And some of our party had GI upset today after going. Will not go back to this location

I’ve been to the Sherway location a few times and had a great experience there each time. This was unfortunately poor in comparison. It was extremely loud, there was some type of mishap with our order resulting in us waiting over an hour for our food and nothing was offered to compensate us. When we asked, the manager asked us what we wanted and suggested a salad. We asked about an appetizer that we could share and, again, she asked us what we wanted instead of suggesting something. The menus were long gone at this point. She finally suggested a few appetizers and we picked one. The food was good and was the best part of the experience. However, the noise level was extremely high and we found ourselves yelling to one another to be heard. We were also seated right behind the hostess and there was a lot of banging around as they wiped menus which was very disruptive and at one point a mint came flying over onto our table which fortunately didn’t land in anyone’s food or drink. No one noticed or apologized. This location would benefit from hospitality training for their staff. I will likely stick to the Sherway location if I visit an Earl’s again.
