The food is always great here but unfortunately the service is extremely slow. However, I can appreciate that it was fathers day.

Hello Alexander. Yes, it was much busier than expected for Father's Day. While we do not want to rush our guests on the holidays, there are times when both the servers and kitchen can get backed up. I am sorry if it was a bit slower than expected, but I hope you still enjoyed the meal and company yesterday. We hope we will see you again on a regular weekend.

Issues with our server. One of our appetizers did not arrive despite assurance it would be there in a few minutes after the other two arrived. Never got it. Attention to detail would help. We ordered coffee and dessert. It arrived but we were not given spoons or forks. We had to flag down the server to get those. Granted, it was Fathers' Day, and they were busy, but these mistakes should have been avoided.

The intensity of the noise made for a disastrous Saturday evening. Dinner and wine could not be sipped and enjoyed and conversation was impossible. When Tommy the manager that night was approached to discuss the subject, he put his head down and dismissed my concerns. Having been a loyal customer for years with booking Christening, Repast, Holy Communion … events, I am totally dissatisfied with Tommy’s lack of concern. I will not be returning as a cafeteria atmosphere does not make for a date night venue.

Hello Patricia. I am sorry you felt our answer was a lack of concern for your comments/complaint. It was 7pm on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend as well as a local school that had dance recitals. As a family friendly restaurant, which we have been for over 30 years, we welcome everyone and try our best to accommodate couples on dates as well as family outings or just friends getting together. We apologized multiple times for the inconvenience since we understood that the tables next to you were having louder conversations. If we had a table free at the moment against the window, we would have gladly moved you, but that was not the case. Sometimes the crowd has more energy than other nights, and I'm sorry again if that caused you to not enjoy your evening.

My wife and I usually only have dinner at Biagio’s for special occasions. Anniversary, birthdays, etc. It’s always excellent. Never had a bad experience there. A bit pricey, but it’s worth it.

It was our first time dining at Biagio’s and we were not disappointed! We had great service and attention from our server. Food was amazing. I had the scallops with risotto and asparagus, my husband enjoyed the chicken francese and my daughter enjoyed the gnocchi ragu. Wonderfully delicious! We definitely will return. Thank you Biagio’s!

We were a party of 9 and they placed us in a nice room upstairs. It was perfect. A couple of us had the short rib grilled cheese (fantastic), a Blue Burger (my hubby said it was delicious), Paninis (which were also great) and 2 of our guests got salads which they said were delicious! Actually all plates were cleaned, with the exception of the paninis which were taken home to finish later!

Their cheese board is amazing and I love how they bring the desserts out on a plate for you to decide. Their gnocchi was hearty and my wife and I have enough for leftovers. Great beer selection too!

We had lunch here after visiting the George Washington Memorial park and enjoyed a delicious lunch celebrating my parents. The service was very good and attentive. The menu had a wide array of choices for the many different folks in the party and everyone loved their meals. Thanks.
