All guests must partake on the same tasting menu. We kindly ask that dietary requirements and/or allergies be communicated at the time of booking. With advance notice, we are pleased to offer vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and coeliac menus. Due to the intricacy of our multi-course offering, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary preferences. If your requirements necessitate significant alterations to the menu, we recommend contacting us at reservations@vue.group prior to dining. Please note that unannounced dietary requests may not be possible to accommodate on the day. If you wish to use a Vue Group voucher towards your reservation, please include the voucher reference code in the “special notes” section when booking online. Alternatively, you can notify our team ahead of time via phone or email. All vouchers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date listed. Please note that vouchers provided to our team on the night, without prior notification, may not be accepted.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! We came for our joint 50th birthday celebration, and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by name and treated beautifully by the staff. They were so attentive without being overbearing, explained all the dishes and the accompanying wine parings and made the dinner feel like an individual experience. The ambience, food and service was on another level, and we loved the tour of the kitchen. It was fun to have the chefs walk us though their stations and what they work on, and why they love what they do. We loved it too, thanks for a wonderful evening.

Not our first time there, but after a long break we had a special celebration and a good reason to come again. Food was great, no question about it. Beautifully presented, sophisticated and delicious. You might think those portions are small, but believe me you will roll out full from Vue de Monde. I must say the drink service was a bit of a disappointment. We had our initial drinks, which took ages to come, even a glass of coke (except a glass of sparkling since this was on a cart right next to the table). Then nothing. We were after a wine pairing option, but after a few starters proper dishes started arriving and no question about wine or any other drinks. Had to wave and ask. Sure thing, we got apologies etc. etc., but at this level of dining this should not have happened.

Vue de Monde is a very special place. It is a fantastic experience with each course a work of art and each flavour recognisable. The wine selection is outstanding with choices to compliment each course. The international staff were experienced, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and epitomised the term ’Vue de Monde’.

This was my third visit to Vue De Monde and I was excited to take my partner for the first time! We thought the food was fantastic, although the caviar/oil/nut butter dish wasn’t for us. Highlights were the maron dish, cheese and the soufflé! We loved the tour and particularly the young energetic chef that showed us the kitchen and function room. We did the Prestige wine pairing and as great wine lovers we thought this perhaps let down the experience. The service was fantastic although we felt our sommelier didn’t take our wine preferences into consideration as much as we would have liked. The little note is such a nice touch and we look forward to coming back!

Good experience but very long dining Food allergy changes well accepted but felt like not enough protein. Drink prices very high.

Dining at Vue de Monde was nothing short of magic. Every course pushed the boundaries of culinary excellence — imaginative, masterfully executed, and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. It was an impeccable experience from start to finish, and easily the best food I’ve ever had. The entire team, from the incredibly knowledgeable sommelier to the super friendly waitstaff and extremely talented chefs, made the night feel personal and unforgettable. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience. Vue de Monde sets the bar for fine dining — not just in Melbourne, but anywhere in the world. I left inspired, amazed, and already dreaming of my next visit.

Absolutely incredible experience - aside from an impressive set up and views of the city, the staff were true professionals, with a genuine passion for their field. The food and drinks were outstanding, definitely the best dining experience I’ve had.
