Our first time to visit Blue & it was absolutely AWESOME, from the moment we walked in until we closed the dining room down. First met Kenny (Asst. GM & bar tender) super nice & very wine-knowledgeable. Server, Marcus, was super funny & patient (we were there for about 4 hrs & it was NOT because the service was slow). Food was delicious. There were 4 of us dining…2 steaks, 1 Chilean Sea Bass, 1 Crusted Salmon, an order of Bacon wrapped scallops, 1 lobster mashed potatoes ( THE BOMB!) an order of asparagus. Desserts- creme brûlée & a huge ice cream cake. Oh, & 2 bottles of Barollo & glasses of Port for the table. We all left very happy. Wish we lived closer to PA! Thank you Blue & staff!! We ❤️ you!!

We love Top Cut, and maybe we're just spoiled by the food there, but Blue fell short for us. The lobster in the lobster bisque was overcooked and tasted off. The BBQ chicken flatbread was just okay. The flatbread itself was not crispy, and there was hardly any pimento cheese. The butter that comes with the bread was even under-salted and bland. Chop salad dressing lacked flavor. They were out of salmon, so I got a steak. It was cooked correctly, but nothing compared to the filet you'd get at Top Cut for a few dollars more. No sear at all...just gray all over. Husband loved the burger, but his fries were not hot. The building is beautiful inside and out. I'd love to see a more inspired menu with improved execution.

Food and service were both excellent. My wife is allergic to shellfish so her options were relatively limited and the smell of shellfish made her slightly nauseated. (All of that is far beyond the restaurants control). Drinks were amazing as well!

My husband and I had the short ribs and we are convinced it is the best short rib dish in the country, maybe even in the world or on the planet!! Our server, Alex, was quite the hustler and very attentive. All in all, a GREAT dinner.

Sister’s Birthday. We had a team of servers who were awesome. One was Jada and I’m so upset with myself for not getting the other girls name. She had a cool sleeve on her arm. They were excellent. Food was very tasty. Staff was Very accommodating.

The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection, but unfortunately our service was not. I don’t know if the “vibrant” noise level hampered communication, but certainly we had issues communicating with the wait staff hampered the ability to fully enjoy a wonderful meal. Our adult beverages, as well our wine order, was incorrect several times, which is VERY UNUSUAL for this fine dining restaurant. I have dined here many times in the past and service was never this poor. Will this stop me from going back? No of course not. I understand that this is probably a fluke and I’m sure they will correct it next time. Please go and experience this terrific restaurant for yourselves….

My husband had 1/2 rack of ribs and said they were delicious. I had a 6oz Filet which was cooked perfectly and was also delicious. Our sides were mashed potatoes and we also ordered the carrots. We don’t get to this restaurant very often due to distance, but every time we have eaten at Blue Grillhouse, we have never been disappointed.

We have had several friends in the Valley recommend Blue and we finally tried it for ourselves. It did not disappoint. Our server, Marcus, was very friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. He made recommendations on food choices and beverages that were on point. The restaurant has a pleasant easy-going atmosphere/ambiance and is well kept. The celebratory Hula cake at the end of our meal was unexpected snd delicious! Thank you! We will definitely be back again and will pass along our recommendations to others!

We were disappointed by this meal. We've been here many times before but this time things were different. We know prices have gone up but we felt it would still be with it. The service was very good but it was the food that was sub-par. First they were out of a tuna appetizer that my wife wanted. My Ceasars salad had tasteless Parmigan cheese. Also the whipped butter was more like margarine. It was as if these items were made with cheaper substitutes. Our steaks used to be more charbroiled but this time were not at all which affected the flavor negatively. Our baked potatoes were not hot so those were at least comped. Not likely we will go back so soon. Very disappointed as it is a local venue we used to enjoy going to.
