   Not the best dinner experience / waitstaff was very attentive; old school style restaurant. Food was mediocre for the price.

   First time there and couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and food! Knowledgable and personable servers paired with excellent pasta and meat dishes. Brought older generation family who are a tough crowd to please when it comes to a new Italian restaurant, and each one was very satisfied and plan to come back. 20/10. Can’t say enough great things about Arno!

   This is the place to go if you want to be really taken care of! It's family owned for 40 years and they have their act together. We were treated like one of their family! No issues whatsoever for our party of 4!

   We searched for a nice restaurant near a friend's hotel and found Arno, and are so delighted to have found a new restaurant to love as Manhattanites - the food was excellent, the service was as well, we could very easily hear one another speak which can be hard in find these days, and we look forward to coming back.

   Very nice restaurant with an Italian feel, as it should have. The wait staff was terrific. Cocktails delicious. The food was outstanding! There were four of us. We had the clams in red sauce, gnocchi in pesto sauce, chicken with rosemary, and chicken with lemon. They were all spectacular! The tricolor salad was excellent too. We would definitely go back.

   The service was excellent old school table side, food was very good the sauces on different dishes seemed not to be consistent, the calamari was some of the best I’ve had. The prices for a NYC meal with this quality and service were very affordable. Definitely will come back my next time in the big Apple.
