   We all realized the food was a little saltier than normal. But were able to request from our wonderful server to limit the salt on our main dishes. Loved my gluten free pizza and winter salad! my husbands grass fed burger was delish!

   This spot was a great experience. Our server was good and advised us well on the available drinks. I’m not a gin drinker, but I had their Juniper Rose drink and it was so delicious! The chicken sausage pizza was delicious as well. Next time they should just lay off the salt on the crust. I didn’t end up eating the crust of the pizza like I normally would so I guess the salt saved me some calorie intake! Overall experience, food, ambiance and server were great. I’ll definitely be back!

   Loved the food and great service while we were eating. We finished up and were hanging out talking and tried to get a refill on water several times which was a challenge.

    Interesting, tasty, and healthy food, friendly and attentive wait staff, clean restrooms, and robust heaters (we sat outside with our dogs!). We stayed and talked for a while after our bill was paid, and no one bothered us (there were available tables, otherwise we would have made room for new diners). An all-around great experience!

    This was a get-together with aunts and cousins. No too crowded so it was easy to have conversations with each other. Aunts ordered a Korean noodle dish - one said it was too spicy and one said it was just a little spicy….others ordered the Teri quinoa bowl and they all enjoyed it! The winter salad was absolutely amazing! Ordered vanilla ice cream and a valentines chocolate tart. Couldn’t eat the tart since the crust was made with coconut flakes. Not a coconut flake fan. They thankfully took it back and gave us a chocolate flourless cake with ice cream…the cake was cold and hard to eat. They put the coconut vanilla ice cream in a separate dish which was very nice of them. All in all, a nice lunch. A cousin did mention that this El Segundo location was very quiet compared to the Pasadena location….

    Compared to the Pasadena location, the food was different and inferior. I had the Korean steak - here in El Segundo it was a lower quality steak, undercooked, and not as tasty. Pasadena steak was the right texture and medium rare - delicious. But this was disappointing.

    The address for this restaurant is incorrect on google, 8 of us went to the wrong location before figuring out that it was at the point. The restaurant needs to update their address asap or inform guests via email or text of the correct address. The food was great, service was warm and friendly, we were never checked on after our food arrive and several of us wanted another drink that did not arrive. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave us a brunch menu instead of a dessert menu, a complimentary dessert was sent out a bit late but still a nice gesture. The food was great - they were out of a few items that we ordered but that was ok.

    we picked a random spot while visiting LA, and we absolutely loved this place! amazing service, great food/drinks, and they had heated seats since it was a little chilly outside. we will definitely be coming back! 10/10

    The server was inexperienced and didn’t have a clue as to the menu and drinks selections Brussel sprouts were warm and greasy The turkey burger was very gamy And the lasagna entree was the size of an appetizer

    This place never disappoints. Consistently great service, really good food (especially if you want dairy-free or low cal options), classy but casual ambiance, good wine list, and the rotating seasonal options are great if you like to try new things. Our faves are the edamame dumplings, chicken pizza, kale salad, and Korean noodle bowl.

    This was my first time dining at True Food and I will be back very soon!! The ambience was perfect, the food was fresh and delicious and our server, Teddy, was a gem! Even the bartender was fantastic when she brought my Common Bond (an excellent Ol Fashion like drink) to the table. We were greeted by everyone who was working and the restaurant manager even took our order when Teddy was busy. All and all, a great experience!

    We love the lasagna, chopped salad, and curry. Branched out and had the ancient grains bowl with chicken and it didn’t disappoint. The Common bond cocktail is delicious!
