The cheesy cornbread side is incredible!
Concert at joes live next door.
Great food and ambiance! We like Togo there for dinner before we see concerts at Joe’s Live!
Great brunch and plan to return for live music. My 18 and 21 year old loved the place and food. The brunch and afternoon snack options are interesting, creative and delicious!
Outstanding Bloody Mary bar! One of the best anywhere!! Big portions so next time I think sharing is in order! Fun place for a Sunday bears game
Seated promptly. Our server, Demetra, recommended the brisket eggs Benedict- wow!!! AMAZING!! Definitely will be back to try more on the brunch menu - or another order of the yummy eggs Benedict!
First time and can’t wait to return!! The pork shoulder was fabulous!
I took two family members for dinner. The staff were prompt, kind and courteous. They had delicious and quality food. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Oh and free parking with validation. Thank you Bub City Rosemont!
Birthday party, good food
Ate before concert at Joes. Table was ready right at reservation time and after we ate were able to bypass line and taken directly into concert. After concert, opened doors and able to go back into Bub City.
Order was wrong. Parking was a pain.
Everything was good, not great, except our waitress - she was excellent. She made good recommendations and we never had to look for her.
This restaurant was a last-minute decision after a trade show. We went there because we could get a reservation earlier than 8:00. Unfortunately, it was a little too loud for normal conversation, but we made it work.
Server could not be bothered to actually serve us. Took 15 minutes of us repeatedly asking busers, other servers and the hostess before she even took our drink orders, then another 25 minutes before coming over to take food order.
Then 2 thin slices of brisket for the "dinner portion" @ $18.95. very substandard and not what expected from a leye restaurant at all. will not return
THE worst experience ever. it was SO loud in there from the place next door and they didn't make any apologies or explanation for it. we left before they put water on the tables and will not return.
Was an overall ok experience. didn’t appreciate waiting 30min for a table when we made a reservation to avoid that. Food was amazing, as always.
This is an okay BBQ place. Good if you're here on business and stuck going close to the convention center. I'd say the portions are standard sized. We both had the brisket sandwich and it was okay. I wasn't crazy about any of the sauces on the table. Too Spivey. Too sweet. Too smokey. The restaurant called Smoque has better BBQ but isn't as convenient to the convention center and doesn't have the country vibe.
If you like conversation-killing music with 15 TV screens, you are in the right place. The fried chicken was good, the ribs were good but a bit dry. We would have enjoyed the place if the music had toned down so we wouldn‘t have to shout.
We went for the first time, and went in blind not knowing what to expect. It was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible. We cannot wait to go back!
We started with the Brisket nachos. Came out quick but pretty sad for a $16 nacho. Barely any meat at all. Entree was the two meat sampler platter. This came out minutes into our appetizer so if you like to finish our appetizer before your meal, this isn’t the place to go. More importantly, the portion was very, very small for the price you pay. I left hungry and no, I’m not 300 pounds! The ribs must have been sitting out for hours because they were very dry and almost not eatable. Maybe that’s why the food comes out so fast? The beer was good, place looks cool, but the food portion and taste was brutal, especially for the price.
Appetizer and dinner came only a few minutes apart. Didn’t get many drink refills. Food was very yummy and we like the atmosphere. I think the prices are just about right. Fries were a bit cold.
Had a table of 10 for mom's birthday with two babies. Waiter was great as was food.
We didn’t get in because my daughters are not 21. Pretty disappointing. Drove for 45 minutes to get there.
Just good food good times. Our server was great. Very nice personality and was aware of our needs. We didn’t have to wait or ask for anything.
This was our second visit to Bub City. The service there was really good and there are a good number of unique food options. It is a fun meeting place for dining and/or to stop before a concert.
A little hard to find and park if you have not been there before but worth the effort. Dont forget to get your parking ticket validated and save the otherwise $15.00 parking fee.
Just got back from 2 weeks in Europe and wound up here 2 hours after landing at O’Hare. Didn’t know it was a country bar and not a country music fan. However, the BBQ was fantastic and the atmosphere was great.
What an American experience. It’s great to be home!
I've eaten at this restaurant before and the food was very good. However, I felt that the food was not as good this time, so a bit disappointed. Also, they messed up my friend's order, and she didn't get her food for an hour, after the rest of us had eaten. The good news is they comped her dinner. The service was OUTSTANDING, and our waiter was really cute, so that helps, too.
Love Bub City! Great food and excellent service and great atmosphere! Feels like you are in Nashville!
Great pulled pork sandwich and AMAZING Mac-n-cheese!
We had dinner before attending an event at All State arena and it was a convenient location. The bbq was very good
Had a great server Andrew who made all the difference. Friendly staff and great atmosphere to enjoy good bbq.
My wife had the grilled salmon and she really enjoyed it. I had a 3-meat combo. The ribs, chicken and pork shoulder were very good. Having extra bbq sauce on the table is great.
The biggest problem we had was it was VERY sunny in the restaurant and were seating right by the big window. Luckily it was only 2 of us and we were able to just change chairs so the glare was to our backs. People must have complained as well because a black curtain was shut which was directly across our table so it was a little unsettling to just see the black curtain and not much else. I get that it had to be done but it was awful for us. Plus servers had to go around it and it appeared to be a big inconvenience when they had food or drinks.
A little rocky at times but the manager Clay was wonderful about everything. Will be back regardless!
Music was a little loud- conversation was difficult
Enjoyed outdoor dining with my 2 adult sons. Food was excellent—loved the Brussels Sprouts! Fun and beautiful evening to sit outside but O’Hare planes were noisy at times. Overall, a great dining experience!
They have live music on Sundays for brunch. Talented singers which is nice to sit and listen to, not great for any conversation though. The food quality has increased since they have opened but still could use some improvements. We will continue to give them a chance every few months but our preference is generally other places in the area.
Birthday lunch was great!
